El área de recepción es muy espaciosa y los camareros son amables, y el procedimiento de almacenamiento de equipaje es muy simple y conveniente. Aunque el desayuno es muy corriente, los camareros trabajan con mucha seriedad y rigor (así que lo comí durante tres días) Además, el día del check-out, el personal de mostrador llamó a la habitación para recordar la hora, lo cual es muy bueno.

For the location, it's quite far out from the center of Hualien. So you will need to hail a taxi or call the reception desk to book a shuttle bus to pick you up from the station and to the station. Another thing to know is that Uber doesn't work here so you will need to download another app or just physically hail a taxi. However, this is the best hotel I've stayed so far in Taiwan. The room & toilet are extremely spacious and clean. There is a lot of facilities in this hotel that includes a free pool table, ping pong table and swimming pool for you to enjoy. The breakfast buffet is also quite good with a lot of selection as well.

Located inside an alley, taxi driver find it a bit difficult to locate the hotel. Only found it after a call to hotel. However, if taking Airport Metro, the walking distance is quite near and quite easy to reach. The room is clean and Youtube is available. That's the most fun part for kid Breakfast is ok, with various of choices.

The room is very clean and nice, but we can hear the sound of our next room, facilities are good, receptionists are nice and polite. There are not many food choices in breakfast.

The hotel is generally okay for a short stay. The room was clean and reasonably spacious, with basic amenities provided. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows were a bit firm for my liking. The staff were polite and helpful, but service could be a bit slow during peak times. Breakfast offered a decent variety, but the quality was just average. The location is convenient, close to local attractions and public transport. Noise from the nearby road could be heard occasionally, but it wasn’t too disruptive. Overall, it's a decent option if you're looking for a budget-friendly stay.

這是第一次入住這飯店，房間很寬敞，我們訂的是三人房，但我們被直接升等為四人房，房內有迎賓小點，很貼心，停車位也很多，健身房很不錯值得去體驗，早餐更是好吃，有燙牛肉及很多的台南小吃，但有些服務阿姨他們的態度沒有很好，這是美中不足的地方，不過對於整個飯店來說是可以推薦的好飯店。

The only good thing this hotel offers you is a stunning view of the Kaihsiung skyline, however cleanliness and staff could be improved. The hotel says it is a 5 star hotel, but in fact it only offers 3 star experience; hotel staff looks not welcoming, the rooms are quite outdated, the aircon cannot be switched for heat - it was super cold in the room and they turn the aircon for you before you check in - why? It is 15 degrees outside, why your aircon is at freezing mode?

I liked the retro decor of the hotel which extended to the rooms and also the facilities. The library and communal kitchen on the 8th floor were also very nice. There is even complimentary coffee at the kitchen for guests which was nice. Staff at the front desk were all helpful and friendly. They were able to complete the check in and check out procedures efficiently. There are however some points which I felt I didn’t really like with regards to the placement of furniture in the room. I booked the twin bed room (2 beds) and one of the beds did not have any side tables. I felt that this was inconvenient for me as I like to place my spectacles at my bedside but not on the bed itself as I was afraid of squashing them when I sleep. I ended up using my luggage as a side table. The other thing is the lack of any hooks to hang a towel or clothes in the bathroom. The only hooks available in the room were outside in the room. I found this a bit inconvenient.
