La habitación era preciosa y limpia, la cama cómoda. Me encantaron las vistas y las ventanas panorámicas. :) La cafetera en la habitación y el delicioso café de cortesía me hicieron empezar la mañana de buen humor. Está en una calle concurrida, así que hay coches pasando durante el día y se oye un poco de ruido, pero no me molestó mucho. El personal fue muy atento y receptivo. 10/10

We're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed, The food # the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying # The Sushi restaurant is just on average # The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all #The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it, The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again, Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated, Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”

Nos quedamos dos noches, todo es muy higiénico, el restaurante sabe bien, el precio no es alto, pero no hay muchas opciones. El entorno externo está bien. Hay dos piscinas y wifi en las zonas comunes, pero las habitaciones no, y son muy sencillas. Aparte de la ropa de cama y el baño básico, no hay otras instalaciones. Por supuesto, el precio es solo este paquete, así que elige según tus necesidades.

The hotel was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. My unit was spacious and the bedroom was bright with sunlight, and I really appreciated having the mini fridge microwave and coffee machine. The suite was otherwise very lackluster - the walls were barren of any decorations and very little furniture. I really wish there was a workdesk for using my laptop, and a full body mirror for getting dressed for the evenings out. The water pressure to both the sink and the shower was very low, and upkeep was inconsistent - there was no toilet paper holder (it looks like it was broken off the wall and not replaced) and the suite door didn't open fully before scraping against the floor. The hotel itself lacks any even basic amenities such as a lounge space. It looks like it was intended to have a rooftop patio but instead that area is unfinished and used by the staff for storage and laundry. My biggest complaint is actually their guest hours of 9am to 9pm is very restrictive, which I didn't know about until I checked in and would never have booked here if I knew that rule existed. I tried to bring a couple of guys home from the club and the concierge wanted to charge me 300 for the second one. If I need just a place to sleep I'll stay here again otherwise I wouldn't.

Excelente hotel, limpio, el personal amable tiene espectáculo gratuito todas las noches a las 9 pm, pero no disfruto de la variedad porque solo la estadía local, la playa no tiene agua clara sucia y en la playa quiero relajarme, disfrutar del sol para broncearme local. Ven a vender cosas tan molestas. No volveré de nuevo. Perdon por decir . Prefiero quedarme en mi casa, ir a la playa de mi casa. decepcionado.

Tuvimos que quedarnos aquí por accidente debido a cancelaciones de vuelos, pero mi esposa y yo quedamos muy contentos. El lugar es enorme y está perfectamente ubicado justo al lado del aeropuerto. Lamentablemente, no brindan servicios de taxi al aeropuerto, pero siempre hay taxis disponibles para llevarlo allí. El conductor intentará estafarlo y le cobrará $ 20 USD por un viaje de menos de 5 minutos, pero los lugareños solo pagan entre $ 5 y $ 10 USD como máximo; así que no caiga en la trampa. Pero el hotel fue una grata sorpresa para mi esposa y para mí. ¡COMPRE EL DESAYUNO BUFFET COMPLETO! No lo hicimos, terminamos pagando $ 90 por nuestro desayuno, lo que podría haber sido alrededor de 40 dólares si hubiéramos pagado por adelantado. No se moleste en comprar la bebida alcohólica en un coco: es demasiado cara y obtiene muy poco alcohol. Definitivamente aproveche el cupón / servicios gratuitos proporcionados en el check-in; obtiene una pequeña cosa de libro de cupones que contiene bebidas gratis, tragos de tequila y pases para el spa, entre otras cosas. Esos eran beneficios adicionales. La habitación era bastante agradable, no un lujo de alta gama, pero el resto del hotel era impresionante y la enorme piscina era increíble.

The hotel is super close to the beach. I had one of those rooms where you can see the beach partially. The bed was good and big. The closet also big. I had balcony. There was no AC at the room but if you leave the AC from the living room ON and the fan ON the fresh air comes to your room too indeed. There is a big security box. The kitchen has cups, plates, silverware, wine opener, big fridge, coffee maker, pans, etc. They give you soap for dishes ONLY if you ask for it. Only one toilet paper in the bathroom.The room can be cleaned ONLY in the 3rd day after you arrived. There is a little room where you can put trash close to the stairs. I really got super annoyed internet could ONLY work in the room. So if you need internet in the balcony, living room or kitchen FORGET IT. As a solo traveler internet was very important to me because I needed to stay connected with people. All my phone data finished in the 2nd day at the beach. This hotel really need to work to fix this internet issue. It is not fun to be there alone with no internet during a super HOT day.

Primero, reservé una suite junior con vista al mar. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y espaciosas. Sin embargo, nuestra vista al mar era en realidad de postes de teléfono y cables y el techo de paja del club al otro lado del callejón. Admito que el océano estaba a la vista, más allá de estos obstáculos. Nuestra habitación original estaba en el cuarto piso y la primera noche nuestro techo comenzó a gotear rápidamente debido al aguacero afuera. Estaba casi limpio y nos dijeron que le avisáramos a la recepción por la mañana que necesitábamos cambiar de habitación. Habría pensado que debido a la incomodidad de tener que volver a empaquetar todo, nos habrían dado una habitación superior. En cambio, nos dieron una suite junior con vista al mar en el tercer piso con una vista más cercana de los cables y el techo. Esta habitación también tenía solo una silla de patio, por lo que incluso si quisiéramos sentarnos en el patio, no habríamos podido hacerlo juntos. El complejo en sí tiene buenas comodidades.
