The hotel cleanliness is superb although is classis hotel, the hotel staffs are very polite and helpful. Very convenient location and there are many amenities are within walking distance.

歴史あるホテルをリノベーションしており、部屋の広さやトイレ、洗面台、シャワー（小ぶりなバスタブあり）が分かれているなど、1970年代の面影が随所に。床の一部が多少ミシミシ音を立てることなどに風情を感じられる方には良いだろう。清潔感はあり、シャワーの湯量や温度調節などは不便を感じなかった。最大の注意点は、シティビューを謳う部屋にも関わらず、通された3階の部屋の窓からはほぼ隣の建物。かろうじて空は見えた。外れ部屋である。厳しいことを言うが、これは信用を損なうレベルだ。数種のパンの無料軽朝食や、緑溢れる庭などの魅力はあり、チェックアウト時のフロントマンの感じも良いだけに惜しまれる。まわりは山裾の落ち着いた住宅街で気持良い旅立ちにはなった。

As nice a hotel as anyone would want to stay in while visiting Tokushima on the island of Shikoku. Terrific service, clean facilities and room, an amazing bonus free onsen (hot springs), a very well equipped gym which is a bit rare in Japan and the property is located right in the middle of town next to the central train and bus stations. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood as well as a shopping centre across the road and lot's of small shops nearby. Upon first arriving, the entrance is a little tricky to locate so be sure and follow the instructions that will come with the booking confirmation.

Awesome location next to the Tokushima train station. Room size was amazing and friendly and professional staff. Plenty of eateries and amenities nearby. Thank you.

We’re a family travelling with 3 kids so we booked 2 corner rooms for the needed space. 1) We were given 2 corner rooms at opposite ends of the floor, so we had to walk up & down & up & down the corridor to pass stuff to one another, so that was a bit inconvenient. The hotel refused at first to give us a 2nd key card saying that only 1 is allowed. 2) The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy but the pillows were very flat, so we requested for more pillows but they still didn’t provide much support. There was an electric small leg massager in room. 3) The sink in the toilet was v low, so adults wld have to bend over a bit more. But bathing area & shower was spacious and comfortable. 4) Hotel location was right next to JR, and lots of food options so it was great as we didn’t do hotel breakfast. There is no drop off point for cars or taxis at the hotel as the hotel lobby is on 3rd floor of building. 5) We drove a 7 seater car(to accommodate luggages) so the roof was too high & had to be parked at a Times public carpark 2 mins away that we paid for. 6) All in all, a recommended hotel in Tokushima & we would return to stay again due to central location & shopping areas all reachable on foot.

La habitación individual es ligeramente pequeña, la luz no es suficiente, la ventana es gruesa, no se puede ver el paisaje exterior, puedes vivir una noche, sería un poco grueso por las noches cerca de la estación de Dexter, hay que tomar el autobús de cuatro estaciones antes de llegar, no hay autobús fuera de Dexter a las 9:00 de la noche 𡷊 , hay que dormir antes, está muy tranquilo cerca, no hay nada grueso ． Las verduras son muy frescas y sabrosas.

La habitación del hotel es relativamente grande, el servicio es muy bueno, pero el hotel es relativamente viejo, las instalaciones se encuentran en el aire libre, etc. sentirán el sentimiento de la época, la luz de la habitación está oscura, esto no es muy acostumbrado, los demás son muy buenos, hay muchos restaurantes cercanos, y un*********

A quality business-class hotel located in Tokushima near the Bizen Ropeway and the Bizan Tenjinsha Shinto Shrine, just a short ten minute walk from JR Tokushima Station. During my stay, I enjoyed a lovely view of Mount Bizen and a few blocks of Tokushima, close in to shopping and restaurant districts. The room was quiet and comfortable and as always offered the same alpha-One commitment to quality I have come to expect from stays at other locations. Recommended.

소도시라 기대가 없었는데 역에서 가깝고 공항에서 택시 접근도 가능했습니다. 조식 및 시설이 좋았고 목욕은 오후 5시 이후 옆 호텔 대욕장 이용이 가능 했습니다. 매일매일 룸청소도 좋았고 직원들 모두가 매우 친절 했습니다. 다시 방문한다면 재 숙박 할겁니다.

A nice hotel conveniently located near the JR station with convenience stores and plenty of eateries nearby. It is also close to a mall where you can find local delicacies, including a food market in the basement. Paid parking is connected to the hotel and the staff can provide discounted parking rates which was a plus. The room was comfortable and clean, and the buffet breakfast was good with a decent selection. We arrived close to last order and they had already started clearing some of the food so it’s best to go early if you want to enjoy your meal at a more relaxed pace.
