The hotel is good. Enough large and clean. My interesting experience there was that TV turned on every 6am. I just unplugged and then could sleep 1h more with peaceful time. Breakfast is same everyday. As a result, my trip was great.

Excelente hotel onsen rodeado de un hermoso jardín. El personal del hotel es agradable y muy servicial, aunque me gustaría que pudieran encontrar más trabajadores que hablen inglés. La habitación está limpia y la comida es deliciosa. ¡Ojalá hubiera podido pasar más tiempo en el hotel! ¡Definitivamente volveré a disfrutar!

旅途經過玉造温泉，選擇了松乃湯旅館，攜程定了一泊二食，一切都温馨舒適。酒店有提供JR玉造温泉站的接送班車服務，可以請攜程客服幫忙預訂。酒店最讚的就是自助晚餐，非常贊，強烈推薦。

The hotel is located near Matsue station. The front desk agents were very polite and did their best to talk to me, despite my very broken Japanese. Guests are given a locker, protected by a keycard. The locker itself was good enough for me, who took only a conventional backpack and a pair of shoes, but might not be enough for those who are not traveling light like that. The bathrooms were shared and quite clean, fully furnished with amenities for showers and personal hygiene. WiFi was included and it was quite decent for general use, even when inside the shared bedroom. The bed capsule had a pillow and a blanket, lights and power outlets for phones. I had more space than I imagined, enough for me to sit on the bed. The only downside of this room type was air circulation, probably due to the hot climate that's been the standard here in Japan lately, but I think the fans could work more efficiently or the capsules could use an AC outlet. Other than that, I recommend this location and will certainly stay with them again.

A boutique local hotel under the Excel brand, it is what I can expect. Everything works, good Tokyu group facilities. Felt that the car park fee at ¥1,200 per night is a bit high in this kind of city.

Suitenkaku was our first stay in a Ryokan. Those who want to visit Tottori, Izumo and Sakaiminato will find Matsue well located, while the Ryokan is next door to the Ichibata railway deserving the Izumo Taisha. The room was renovated and very spacious, offering a direct view to the lake. Above all, the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. Real Omotenashi ! We are fully satisfied with our stay. Will repeat for our next stay in the area.

ホテルですが温泉があり、快適に過ごしました。ただ、女風呂だからか、宍道湖に面した展望ガラスの下の方は目隠し仕様になっていて、あまり景色はみえませんでした。部屋はとても清潔で気持ちよく利用できました。また利用したいです。

Lo usaba antes, y la impresión era buena, así que lo usaba por primera vez en tres años. Parece un poco viejo, pero dentro es muy bonito y hermoso. La habitación es grande, no tengo quejas. Me fui a lavarme un poco, pero a menudo creo que es hora de relajarme y lavarme con ropa interior. La más satisfactoria es el desayuno de buffet. Todas las comidas son deliciosas.Normalmente no puedo comer tanto por la mañana, pero es muy deliciosa, he comido mucho. Quiero volver a hacerlo.

Como el Onsen y la ducha de la habitación, es limpio y útil. Onsen es demasiado bueno para usar la ducha de la habitación. Es una vergüenza que sólo me quede por 1 noche. Todo es bueno
