The definite highlight was the spa area with the outdoor bath overlooking the city. The amenities were very plenty and the staff was extremely helpful. The location is convenient but there was no direct on site parking available (but discounted parking for near public parking). Everything was great but there were security cameras in the changing rooms and spa areas which one might find a bit strange or uncomfortable.

Designed hotel i love bamboo structure. Location was in the small alley no parking at the hotel but they have partner parking that can get the discount when you stay at the hotel (600yen per night). Staff was very helpful. The amenities space is amazing, public bath on 14F and rooftop pool. Hotel has free yukata rental( it was beautiful dress)

Hotel Oita: Hotel Artístico Oita Servicios de personal: Actitud positiva, buena, tanto hombres como mujeres saludan a las personas con una sonrisa👍👍👍 hotel: 1. Problema de estacionamiento: Por alguna razón, no pude estacionar en el estacionamiento interno del hotel. Tuve que aparcar en el aparcamiento diagonalmente enfrente del hotel, lo que me costó 900 yenes. 2. Copa de champán o café gratis por persona, el champán es bueno👍. 3. Hay muchos restaurantes deliciosos alrededor del hotel, como Jia Niu 🐮👍👍👍 Habitación: El aspecto general es antiguo y carece de mantenimiento; Había pelo en el lavabo y había varios bordes negros en las paredes del baño; La alfombra estaba muy sucia; Había muchas manchas negras en la mesa y en las sábanas, pero por suerte tenía mis propias sábanas desechables; Personalmente, creo que quedarse una noche es apenas aceptable, y quedarse más de una noche sería un poco incómodo.

Reviews often mention dust - this is true, unfortunately. Perhaps the reason is that the rooms are cleaned by old people, and they simply do not have time to do everything. When entering the room, we felt stuffy smell of dusty carpets. I took a rag and wiped all the carpets from dust to make it fresher. It is also inconvenient that the dryer in the laundry room does not dry things after washing even in two drying cycles. If you load a full tank, keep this in mind. We had to hang things all over the room. The reusable indoor slippers were torn. Apart from this, everything is fine. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the station along the main street - easy to find. On the first floor you can take necessary amenities of high quality for free. The room with two beds is small, the suitcase can only be opened close to the door.

경치가 좋습니다. 역에서 오는 길은 평지구요. 온천 개인 대여시간이 있어 프라이빗하게 즐기실 수 있습니다. 기본적으로 유카타를 제공해주시기 때문에 좋은 경험이 됩니다. 객실도 넓고 깔끔했습니다. 조식이 정말 맛있었어요. 다만 오후 9시부터는 주변 상점들이 대부분 닫습니다. 걸어서 왔다갔다 하시기엔 다리도 아프고 조명도 없어서 앵간하면 숙소에서 쉬시는 것을 추천드립니다. 저녁에 아쉬워서 혼술하러 나갔다가 힘들어 죽는 줄 알았습니다. 위치도 위로는 킨린호, 아래는 우나기히메 등이 있습니다. 먼저 우나기히메 신사를 찍고, 부산지로 향한 후, 킨린호와 텐소 신사를 보시면 역으로 가는 길에 번화가가 쭉 놓여집니다. 다음엔 유후인 좌측을 가볼까 싶네요. 2박3일간 많은 곳을 압축하다 보니 시간이 부족해 아쉬웠습니다. 첫 날 유후인 좌측을 보시고, 히카리노이에에서 묵은 뒤 우측을 본 후, 실키로드를 따라 벳푸로 넘어가면 제법 괜찮을 듯 합니다.

I stayed in Beppu for 4 nights, trying different onsens at different hotels.Tsuruta was my last Beppu hotel. Although the room i stayed in is rather dated and items worn out, all necessary equipment are working very well, i stayed at a newer 4.5 star hotel prior and the air-conditioner, hair dryer and toilet exhaust were noisy and faulty, while in the older Tsuruta where everything works well! This don't judge a book by its cover, older hotels is just as good! I've attached a photo of the park and harbour view from my room at Tsuruta.

這是一次時隔6年的日本之旅，沒有選擇熱鬧的本州諸市，而是選擇了北九州，安排了兩天一泊的別府之旅，訂了這家名不見經傳的温泉小旅館。 一次出乎意料的住宿體驗，前台おばさん竟然會英語，入住時幫忙預訂了私湯的時間，非常優しい！旅館的環境和設施非常乾淨衞生，哪怕是獨自旅行也很友好，單人間也十分寬敞，竟然還配備了按摩椅，泡完私湯後來一個按摩真的相當巴適～～ 訂温泉旅館一定要同時預訂他家的一泊兩食，一早一晚的套餐體驗也相當不錯。晚餐雖然沒有大魚大肉生猛海鮮，但作為懷石料理的內容一樣也不少，而且非常美味，沒有一道菜踩雷。早餐也是套餐，雖説一大早就吃米飯不太符合國人的餐食習慣，但架不住那裡的大米好吃，連我這個從不吃早飯的也光盤了，實屬不易！ 記住，以後去日本小地方旅行，沒必要去擠那些旅行團扎堆或者社交軟件上推薦的網紅飯店，有的時候小確幸和驚喜就是在這樣名不見經傳的小旅館中獲得的！

Location is near Beppu station. Car parking was next to it, controlled by lift. Meaning park and the car was lifted in a building. Charged per daily and could retrieve car anytime. 7 private Onsen rooms, need to queue to use during evening. One or 2 was empty during afternoon. Complimentary ramen in soya sauce broth from 10-11pm, if missed it, take the house brand instant noodle cup from reception. Remember to take the complimentary Yakult from 6-10am. Coffee and matcha machine in lobby. Remove shoes at lobby and roll luggages over a wet mat. Bare foot or socks provided throughout hotel, even at restaurant. Didn’t try the breakfast and dinner. Typical Japanese hard mattress and pillows. Good for families or friends up to 4 per room.

Era un hotel muy bonito. Había dos ascensores y cada uno tenía una pantalla para que pudieras ver en qué piso estabas, lo que me pareció muy agradable. Era un hotel muy grande e impresionante. Vendré a Oita de nuevo.

I loved it, its a big room, by Japanese standard, I liked it so much that I extended my stay from 3 to 4 nights and on hind sight should have stayed 2 more nights in Oita. Quick 12 min walk to Oita train station and buses, I like Oita where its just 1- 3 stops to Beppu and its quite relaxing compared to Tokyo and Osaka. I will stay at Forza again.
