Cuentan con todas las comodidades necesarias, así que puedes alojarte aunque llegues con las manos vacías, ¡lo cual es genial! 🥰
La habitación era espaciosa y, aunque viajaba sola, me dieron dos botellas de agua.
El desayuno incluye platos con melocotones y rosbif.
Sin embargo, está a unos 10 minutos a pie de la estación.

It's a beautiful resort. Not the most easily accessible but they provide free shuttle bus from Inawashiro train station, at certain timing.
The front desk staffs are helpful and friendly. And the hotel proximity is all clean.
Down side is that my room was located further end of the corridor (due to the long stretch design of the resort), I have to walk very far from the lift to reach my room. And the room's air-conditioner doesn't seem to work very well, which is very hot during summer. I was told it's centralized and can't be changed. Facilities in the room/resort also seem to be quite old.
But otherwise great environment

La habitación superior es amplia, hermosa y me gusta que haya una silla de masaje en la habitación. Las instalaciones comunes están completas. Ambos baños de pie y de cuello El evidencia es la crema de hielo gratis antes de las 8:00 en frente de la cuello. Además, el salón para ver la vista cuando coma helado es excelente.
La habitación no es muy agradable. Quiero que el alojamiento ayude a comprobar y mejorar este punto. Si se puede resolver, se considerará un alojamiento muy perfecto. Y hay una oportunidad para volver y permanecer de nuevo seguro

Habitación: El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado.
Parking: Hay dos opciones de estacionamiento: una en el sitio y otra en Aizubukeyashiki, con un buzón de transbordador conveniente para este último.
Alimento: El alimento era excelente, con una gran variedad de platos locales para tomar muestras.
Ver: Nuestro cuarto se ha vuelto a ver un cementerio, por lo que no hay mucho de una vista escena.
La vista del cielo nocturno desde la estación era absolutamente impresionante.

Situated adjacent to Fukushima station, the hotel offered excellent service, comfort and convenience. The staff warmly welcomed me upon check-in and each morning and evening, and the room was clean and large by Japanese standards. The buffet breakfast shouldn't be missed.

- Truly in nature
- Onsen is perfect. The outside area is wonderful, especially when it’s snowing
- Good heating in the rooms.
- Japan breakfast buffet has a diverse selection of Japanese food.
- Self-service bar sells a wide range of saki until midnight.
- Shamisen performance is wonderful.
- Amazing shuttle bus service to main train station at 10:00 from hotel.
Hotel hints:
- If you need help, target a younger member of staff. We had much more success getting advice & taxi bookings with younger staff at the same desk.

シングルのお部屋に宿泊しましたが部屋がシンプルで良いのですが、洗面台の幅が狭かった。歯ブラシはあったのですがひげ剃りが有料だったのでサービスにしてもらいたいと思いました。朝食は美味しかったです。また、お風呂も最高でした。

酒店員工非常親切友善、詳細解答每次疑問。整座猫魔離宮酒店裝修設計如宮殿般，環境寧靜、清潔度滿分，有奢華的大堂、各個樓層都有多處展望空間可以安静欣賞外面100分風景、有住客專用的天然室內及露天温泉（每次都只有我一個人，好似私家風呂），參加了雪地健行活動體驗到雪国。早晚餐的自助餐雖然不是其他同級温泉酒店中最好，但我已經覺得很好。食物味道很好及種類我都覺得足夠。今次入住了4晚雖然遇上暴風雪不能出外走，但在奢華的宮殿大堂嘆下咖啡、浸下温泉、coffee shop 食下 lunch，真正完全放鬆，洗走所有疲倦同壓力。明年我一定會再來♡

Ideales Hotel direkt am Bahnhof, mit allem was man braucht und sehr nettem Personal. Blitzsauberes Zimmer und ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Kaffee und Tee sind Nachmittags frei. Rundum empfehlenswert.

UUsuario invitadoI had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The first great point is the proximity to the Fukushima Station. When I arrived, my check-in process was handled by the Manager, Matsuda-san. He was very friendly and warm.
The room I stayed in was decently-sized, giving me enough room to walk around with a large suitcase and other bags on the floor. A suitcase stand and a small stool are provided. The beige wallpaper provided a nice contrast to the dark carpet.
The controls for the room were absolutely fantastic - I could, for instance, adjust the brightness of the main light and the strength of the bathroom exhaust fan. The bathroom was slightly cramped, but I managed. An alarm clock is also provided for guests.
The default blanket in the room was far too hot; even with the heating turned off, I felt like I was being roasted while I was in bed with the blanket covering me (and this was in winter!). I didn't like the default pillow either, it was too hard. On my last night, I requested a thinner blanket and softer pillow. Thankfully, the hotel was able to provide them, and I slept much better after using the new blanket and pillow. Funnily enough, the mattress was also quite hard, but it didn't give me any problems.
The sound insulation was fantastic, and the cleaning staff were super quiet! I almost couldn't tell that they were outside my room doing their work! I also very likely had considerate Japanese guests on my floor, hence the peace.
Nearby the hotel is S-Pal, where you can buy all sorts of prepared meals (if you're lucky, you can find a few vegan options). There's also a large pharmacy, and there are many convenience stores around.
The main complaint I have is that the check-out time @ 10:00 is too early. I think 12:00 would be a better time.
I did not have breakfast at the hotel, nor did I use any of the facilities, so I have no comment on those.
I definitely recommend Hotel Route-Inn Grand Fukushima Ekimae to others, and I will definitely consider staying at Route-Inn hotels in other parts of Japan!
Side Notes:
(1) If you have large luggage and arrive at the Fukushima Station, you'll have to take the elevator at the west exit, and when you reach the ground floor you'll see another elevator about 20 metres in front of you (slightly to the left). This second elevator will take you to the underground passage, which you can use to get to the east side of the station, where Route-Inn Grand Fukushima is located. Do note that there is a rear entrance to the hotel (next to a public parking lot), and this will save you from walking to the front of the hotel with all your luggage.
(2) Vegan options in Fukushima are unfortunately extremely limited, but you can find some vegan tofu bars and a few other items at 7-Eleven...but be sure to use Google Lens to translate the ingredients!

FFD232En general, un buen hotel, muy cerca de la estación de tren JR, a pocos minutos a pie. El tamaño de la habitación era muy generoso mucho más grande que los demás que hemos estado en Japón. El baño también era muy espacioso con un baño completo y una fuerte ducha. El hotel ofrece ropa de cama y toallas, así como café y lavandería. El desayuno tiene una buena variedad de opciones aunque podemos estar muy ocupados como las horas de picadura y los artículos se agotan.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is very good with great proximity to the ski place. The room is clean and cosy with great views. And the onsen is very good that it had long opening hours, we can go after the ski to relax.
However, it would be better if the guest had a choice of whether the room can be made everyday or after we left. And it will be even better if more variety of restaurants/ cur-sine can be provided rather than just buffet.

SSimonwycEl hotel es viejo, pero el precio es bueno. La habitación es pequeña y es suficiente para vivir. El baño es muy pequeño. El hall del hotel está en el segundo piso, la señal del suelo es pequeña, y sólo el japonés no tiene inglés, así que volvimos a conducir dos cajas para encontrarlo.
