Gracias por su gran servicio y hospitalidad. No tengo nada más que elogios para cantar por esta gran propiedad del hotel. Localización, servicios, experiencia todo bien. El Sr. Pramod merece una mención especial. En general, una gran experiencia.

OVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds. Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place! Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.

Honestly. This was the best hotel I’ve stayed in for years. The management and all staff were amazing. Super clean. Super up to date. Love it. Nice gym. Good food

I was weary about booking as the website photos looked quite tired. All of the photos are really old - it was an amazing stay and so much better than I expected. I enjoyed the complementary pottery making and the tea cart in the afternoons. The food à la carte was absolutely delicious. I avoided the buffet a bit as I do in all hotels. The pool is clean and there is excellent service, with staff helping you with towels, umbrellas, and drinks. The rooms are really pretty. Good air con. The gym is good and has air con although the air con is not as powerful as in the bedrooms. The gym has two treadmills, a static bike, basic leg press, weight rack and bench, and some of the arm/shoulder machines too. There were only a few downsides. 1) The beach that it backs onto is actually quite gross (there was nappy in the sand and gunk that looked like sewage), but it’s easy to avoid this. 2) The beach has a real drop from the sand into sea so it’s not very safe to swim in unless you want to be smacked against the bank. These two things don’t matter though as the hotel is lovely and there is enough to do that you don’t need to go on the beach. 3) I booked 2 nights in one booking and 1 night in another booking. I asked when I booked the single, third night, whether I can keep the same room. They said they’d let me know at check in.  They didn’t let me know at check in. They said they’d tell me on the second day in the day, but nothing. I kept asking at reception and I called them on the phone twice, and they kept saying they’d call me back. It was 9.30pm on the night before I’d have to move rooms before they told me I could stay. I’m not really sure why it took so long or they messed me around on this as 3 of my exact rooms were available on the website for those nights, so by that logic it would not have been a problem!

Hola, nos dirigimos a kottayam en tren. Una vez que bajamos. Tomamos el coche para el castillo de Windsor. Fue una reserva pura de nosotros pagamos 3k bcoz adicional que nos ingresamos al hotel a las 9.30 a. Es una gran propiedad. Las habitaciones, las buenas instalaciones, el personal de apoyo, pero las comidas en las habitaciones son demasiado costosas. Incluyendo botellas de agua. Pero la silla que está acoplada al baño no se hizo bien. Mi hubby se lastimó bcoz de eso. El personal nos dio la caja de primera ayuda pero todavía se sentía mal. Por lo que había sucedido. Las habitaciones necesitan cambios. En general, era un buen hotel, la comida no era sabrosa (2/10, pero la isla pirata es tan buena. También da buen sentimiento. También el tawa frig es demasiado bueno. Eso fue el único alimento que me disfruté. Los servicios de línea terrestre no funcionaban correctamente. Vista de ventanas, punto de soñar, todo daba buen sentimiento.

Located 2km form kovalom beach but can walk there Typical Indian standard 4 stars Hotel setting and if got group the pool congested and busy wedding function. Breakfast limited non vegetarian menu.

Location was really good , the roof top view was the showstopper of the property. As we were travelling with an infant we found the staff very helpful with preparing the meals for the baby. Arabian sea view room was excellent.
