Good hotel at a convenient location. However, we were quite disappointed with the room allotted - it was the corner-most room in the deluxe category (room 109) & it was extremely congested (seemed like the space was forcefully utilised to fit in a room). Other rooms on the same floor of the same category were quite well spaced and airy. Our room’s balcony was also half the size in comparison. Rooms in the same category with the same price should not have such a difference in look and feel.

”I recently stayed at Hotel Justa Palampur and had a wonderful experience. We booked three rooms, and from the moment we arrived, Sunil at the reception made the check-in process smooth and efficient. Shalini was also incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay, with excellent service and friendly assistance. Housekeeping was thorough and ensured our rooms were always clean and well-maintained. The rooms themselves were comfortable and well-equipped, making for a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend Hotel Justa Palampur for anyone visiting the area!”

La gestión de la vivienda es simple, no puede salir de casa y puede ser deshabitado todo el día. Whatsapp puede enviar comida a la habitación, muy adecuado para los viajeros deshabitados o cansados 😎😎 Si desde otras ciudades a la estación de autobús Old ***ali/Volvo, la tarifa de coche es un poco costosa, 700-1000 no espero, si hay tiempo, Puedes preguntar un taxi compartido, el costo es aproximadamente 50-100 💰💰 Vale la pena volver a la ciudad ❤️❤️

VVica25I enjoyed my stay here overall, especially because of the peaceful garden atmosphere. It really feels like you’re staying in the middle of nature, surrounded by greenery and fresh air.
In terms of cleanliness, I would say it was average. Since the property is located within a garden environment, I noticed that some areas showed signs of wear, including a bit of rust and mold in certain places. I believe there is room for improvement in maintenance and upkeep.
That being said, what truly made the experience enjoyable was Kittu. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. He took great care of everything and made sure my stay was smooth and comfortable. His hospitality really stood out and made a positive difference.
The breakfast was also delicious and freshly prepared. It was one of the highlights of my stay and a great way to start each morning.
One thing to note is the location. The property is situated midway between the main areas, which means taxis do not usually pass by regularly. If you need transportation, it is best to ask the manager to help arrange a taxi for you.
The property is not within walking distance of everything. It takes some time to travel down to the Dalai Lama Temple area, and it also takes a while to go up to Dharamkot. Depending on your plans, you may need to arrange transportation or be prepared for a bit of walking.
Overall, if you enjoy nature, greenery, and a peaceful environment away from the crowds, this is a lovely place to stay. While the maintenance could be improved in some areas, the warm hospitality from Kittu and the tasty breakfast made the experience worthwhile.

VVica25I stayed in a private room and had a wonderful experience. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the view from the room was absolutely beautiful. The peaceful surroundings made my stay even more enjoyable.
A special thanks to Raj, who manages the property. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay.
I noticed that some of the dormitory rooms appear a little older compared to the private rooms, but overall the place has a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
The property provides food for guests, and there is also the nearby Utopia Café where you can enjoy additional meal options.
The location is in Upper Dharamkot, so it is a bit more secluded compared to the main town. However, this is exactly what makes it special. It is quiet, peaceful, and perfect for anyone looking to escape the noise, traffic, and crowds. If you’re seeking a place to rest, reflect, or simply enjoy nature, this location is ideal.
The property can be reached by tuk-tuk, making transportation convenient despite the hillside location.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The beautiful views, peaceful environment, comfortable private room, and Raj’s hospitality made this a memorable experience. I would happily stay here again.

UUsuario invitadoWe stayed in a deluxe room for 2 days. Room & washroom were exceptionally clean. Geyser and heater were working very well. Quality of bed, linen, furniture all were very good. Location is close to mall road but an extremely stiff climb which will be difficult for most people who are not supremely fit physically. There are many steps to climb in the hotel itself where there is no lift. View: mall road and valley below is visible partly but in our room a big tree obstructed what would have been a great place to watch sunset. Restaurant: is available as also food ordered by room service but we ate in the several restaurants in mall road like chopsticks, alfa, book cafe etc, so cannot comment on food quality. Service: of personnel is nice and responsive. We asked for mattress, they provided folding bed with all bedding & blanket. Overall excellent hotel but the steep climb is a dampener.

NNisargYalakhom is situated at a remote yet accessible village in Himachal Pradesh called - Kalgha. Kalgha comes in the way to Kheerganga Trek, so those who are planning to go for the trek may consider staying at Yalakhom, as it is a great place to rewind and relax. I stayed at Yalakhom in the first week of June, the weather was pleasant and the rains made my stay even more pleasurable. When you will be at Yalakhom there won’t be any view you could take your eyes off.
The people managing the homestay are also great. They take their time in cooking food, but they will serve you the freshest food possible with wide variety to choose from, that too at such a remote place. The wonderful folks at Yalakhom also offer accompanied guidance for treks, however I wasn’t aware of this until my final day at Yalakhom, so I couldn’t make use of the same. Pemba bhai, Agrimji, Resham bhai and Yangzee didi must be specifically mentioned. They will accomodate you as you are their friend, while respecting your privacy at the same time.
I highly recommend Yalakhom notwithstanding your purpose of vacation, be it trekking or taking a peaceful break at the Himalayas.

La habitación no estaba muy bien, pero la habitación estaba muy bien, pero no estaba muy bien. La zona de recepción también carecía de aire acondicionado, y las sillas del lobby parecían viejas y desnudas.

The hotel sits beautifully on a hill, offering breathtaking views of the Himalayan range that we could enjoy directly from our room window. The location is peaceful and scenic, and it’s conveniently not too far from Shimla — making it easy to reach the town by taxi or private car whenever we wanted.
The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with those lovely hill views adding a special touch every morning. Cleanliness was outstanding; the entire property was spotless and felt very fresh.
The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help. They took care of our requests promptly and made us feel genuinely welcome. Breakfast was a highlight — it offered good variety and was prepared with fresh ingredients every day.

The hotel's location is excellent—it offers convenient access to all the interesting sights. Cleanliness is a ”four out of five”—which is standard for India.
The photos in the app do not fully correspond to reality. The profile picture features an outdoor pool that does not actually exist. The toiletries provided were also an incomplete set—hair conditioner was missing.
There was some confusion when ordering dinner: we were served a different dish than the one we had ordered. The manager claimed that *we* were the ones who had made the mistake, even though that very same dish had been prepared differently just the day before. Such details do impact the overall impression.
Breakfasts were top-notch: a good variety of options, served by polite and attentive staff.
All in all, it is a worthwhile choice, provided you keep these specific details in mind. I recommend checking the photos in advance.
