Dining at the Taj Skyline was a delightful experience — every meal was beautifully presented and bursting with authentic flavours. The breakfast buffet was lavish, offering an array of local and international dishes that catered to every palate.
The staff truly made this stay exceptional. Their professionalism, warmth, and willingness to go above and beyond left a lasting impression — whether it was at the front desk, restaurant, or concierge. Everyone greeted me with a smile that made me feel right at home.
The location is perfect — centrally situated, yet serene enough to relax after a busy day in the city.

Excelente servicio y muy útil personal no podía hacer lo suficiente para usted en cualquier momento. Yo estaba 2 noches. Se le llama por teléfono para recordarle que el desayuno se cierra en un momento determinado. Elección de desayuno. El personal está allí si necesita ayuda. Traen las bebidas y el agua a la mesa. En la próxima visita a Jamnagar me gustaría venir a los Sayaji. Gracias.

Great hotel with good service, outdoor areas would have been a better add on as there was nothing or nowhere to go on our lull times specially when pool and spa are already closed.
But overall service is great and all the rest are very good especially if you are in business trip.

El hotel se ha visto muy bien, y el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad. El equipo de apoyo al cliente también fue responsable y útil cuando tuve una pequeña consulta.
En general, recomiendo muy bien las reservas de hotel. Es una plataforma fiable y conveniente que garantiza una experiencia de viaje suave. ¡Seguramente reservará de nuevo!

UUsuario invitadoEste encantador hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto. El personal es muy cálido y amable y cuida bien de su huésped. Las habitaciones son limpias y espaciosas y me recuerdan 5 estrellas desde el fondo de los 90. Un buen lugar para acoger bodas, ya que tienen mucho espacio para organizar todas las diversas funciones, etc.
El hotel tiene un diseño de hotel que ofrece una gran cantidad de servicios. Recomiendo realmente a los propietarios/gestores que acomoden otro ascensor y escalera lobby, ya que el diseño del hotel es tal que las habitaciones están muy lejos del principal ascensor y se convierte en un problema para viajar de una extremidad a otra

El servicio de la habitación es relativamente malo, los artículos de lavandería no se pueden ponerse deliberadamente, esperar a llamar a la recepción y esperar a darle una pequeña comisión cuando lo envíe. La comisión de la habitación es más de 500, no me siento valioso. Sin embargo, no hay manera de que no pueda vivir en otros lugares más mal.

The Courtyard by Marriott is truly a class apart. From the moment you step into the lobby, you're greeted with a sense of luxury and sophistication. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay.
The service at the hotel is exceptional. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is also a highlight. It offers a wide variety of dishes, including both Western and local options. I would have liked to see a few more local specialties, but overall I was very satisfied with the spread.
Overall, I highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott. It's a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

UUsuario invitadoAmazing, amazing stay — and the food was simply outstanding. You’ve built something truly special here.
But there are two serious issues that need immediate attention:
1. Overdone greetings: Every staff member saying “Namaste” each time they see a guest is too much. It feels forced and intrusive, especially for business travelers who value space and focus. The first welcome is great — after that, hospitality should be felt through efficiency, not repetition.
2. Unsafe heavy gates: From the restaurant to my room, I had to push through three extremely heavy gates. This is a serious safety hazard just waiting for an accident. Try bringing an elderly guest and let them attempt it — even one of those gates is difficult to manage. It’s a clear design flaw that needs fixing before someone gets hurt.
You have a fantastic property and incredible food, but these two issues take away from what could easily be a five-star experience. Please address them seriously — the difference will be huge.

UUsuario invitadoit is a relatively new property with modern decor and spacious lounge and dining hall. rooms and bathrooms are fine with very good mattresses which ensures good sleep quality. the staff at reception is very efficient and cooperative.we celebrated our 50th marriage anniversary and were upgraded to a club room with complimentary lounge facility and a lovely cake was offered to us as a loving gesture. we had booked a half board package and the breakfast and dinner both had lots of varieties and many of the dishes were good, however i feel some dishes require improvement. lastly there was live sitar recital which speaks of high taste of the hotel management. the sitarist Mr Shabir performed very well and was very graceful person.the staff every where including restaurant staff was very well trained and m/s Radhika, Tirva, Rupsha and Sonali were very friendly and always eager to help the clients and served with a smile.

I had wifi issue they even end up decided to give me an individual dialed-up router. What a wonderful service. 10/10 for that
But however there are a lot of things seems unorganize... few of the tea break staff and lunch time staff seems clueless on what to do...
No one is willing to serve and they had no idea what to do when a guest wanted to order something. Its just a complimentary tea - breakkkkk....
Room wise and facility it was quite ok. Room is decent clean... gym room is well equipped too.
They are now still going through renovation, hopefully it only gets better from here.
Breakfast choices was decent and with good quality of dosa. Would give the Chef 9/10 rating.
Overall still a rather pleasant stay. will consider coming again when i am around
