El hotel está situado en una zona tranquila, con un amplio aparcamiento y unas instalaciones muy buenas, incluida la piscina. El personal es muy amable y deseoso de ayudar con cualquier problema Nuestra única cuestión, que no influyó demasiado en nuestra estadía, fue que el sistema de reserva y pago no había aceptado correctamente mi pago anticipado para 2 habitaciones, había pagado con Trip.com a través de PayPal pagos más de 3 pagos, el hotel alegaba que habíamos pagado sólo para 1 habitación, Tuve que probar por declaraciones y facturas que había pagado por ambas cosas. Esto no justificaba una revisión negativa en mi opinión, pero debería ser examinado por el administrador de la cadena hotelera.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I was top floor which made all the difference to how settled I felt (it’s my preference). Room was quiet, comfy, and had plenty of space just for me. Would stay again. Only niggle is I wished breakfast started an hour earlier ok the weekend… 7am would’ve been ideal.

Amigo personal. Escalera más bien viento a dormitorio. La habitación fue fechada por gran, brillante y aireada y sin escena limpia. El desayuno era bueno, café agradable, desayuno inglés cocido para ordenar. Sería definitivamente de nuevo!

Really quite lovely as always. At this time of year the festive lighting really adds a touch of comfort and luxury to the bar and restaurant. Staff friendly and attentive, and actually care. Appreciated. Room cosy and super power shower.

Lovely room and gardens. Food service a bit hit and miss. Both breakfast requests resulted in mistakes by the young staff but overall the experience was fine and would recommend.

El hotel dispone de una amplia habitación, ducha, máquina de bebidas calientes y microondas gratuitas, desayuno cocinado y desayunos de lujo.

The employees were absolutely lovely and very accommodating, the rooms were nice and spacious and there was no noise. The internet was OK, sometimes a bit spotty and the AC sometimes didn’t work in the afternoon. There was no fridge in my room either to store any food, but aside from that it was excellent!

El Holiday Inn Express en Swindon fue una hermosa sorpresa! Estaba limpio sin escena. La cama estaba muy cómoda y la habitación tenía todo lo que necesitaba. El desayuno era excelente. Cada miembro del personal que conocimos fue muy útil y amigable. ¡El premio absoluto era el precio muy razonable!

My family and I stayed in 2 rooms which inc a dinner package. We had a very warm lovely welcome by the receptionist who was extremely helpful. Our room was not as clean as we would have expected which was a shame but it was nice to have a room with 2 double beds. The handle on one of the bathroom doors was faulty so we had to leave it open when using the bathroom. We had booked the dinner package and booked our table in advance for 7pm. I understand that they were quite busy that evening but unfortunately we still didn't get our food order taken until 8pm. The kids got their meals soon after but the adult main meals didn't arrive until 9pm. It was a long time for us to wait when our children were getting restless and tired. We also by that point felt it was too late to eat and didn't finish our meals. We did speak to the manager and eventually they did compensate for the long wait so we appreciated that. Breakfast was brilliant lots of choice and good timings for breakfast. The swimming area needs a bit of a refurb. Even though there is lots of space it just needs a bit of TLC and a refresh. Other than the few items mentioned we still had a lovely stay with family The receptionists were exceptional and every understanding. They even spoke to us the following day to apologise about the issue with the dinner. We wouldn't let it stop us from staying there again.
