En primer lugar, la habitación estaba limpia. Eso fue lo primero que me alegró. En segundo lugar, el personal fue muy amable. En general, fue un gran hotel. Lo único que me hubiera gustado era tener una nevera en la habitación. Claro que eso se podría solucionar usando el bar de la primera planta. Aunque está un poco lejos de la estación de Bournemouth, a unos 20 minutos, la ubicación no está nada mal, así que si planeas alojarte en Bournemouth, definitivamente vale la pena alojarse aquí.

Hotel fantástico, desayuno estupendo, habitación limpia y muy bien decorada. Sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

I had a wonderful time at the Royal Bath hotel in Bournemouth. I was here for a conference at BIC, so location was ideal. Traditional hotel with friendly staff. Great food. The spa and pool was a bonus at only £5 extra a day.

Stayed here in March 2026 with my family. Overall below average experience. There was only one passengers lift which was out of service and service lift was very small for a stroller and everyone staying on higher floors were struggling. Outdoor pool was closed due to season but heated pool was also not functional. Staff was not rude but they were not Marriott level, most of the requests were declined without any work arounds. I booked a sew view room and it was very compact, other things were manageable but toilet seat was not. It had very less space that you couldn’t sit properly to poop :) Breakfast options were good. Based on my experience I didn’t feel it like Marriott and I would not be able to recommend this to anyone.

We stayed here as a couple and had a mixed experience. The hotel has its charms, but also a few drawbacks. Rooms & Amenities: The rooms were quite small and felt congested, including the toilet where the commode placement was very cramped. The amenities provided were basic — just soap and a combined hair and body wash. Surprisingly, there was no handwash, no refrigerator, and no hair dryer in the room. On the plus side, the room was clean, and we had no issues with hygiene. Staff & Service: The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more pleasant. Facilities & Atmosphere: The swimming pool was lovely, and the view from the poolside was amazing, directly overlooking the sea. The lounge area shared the same beautiful view — a great spot to relax in the evening. There was even a small jewelry corner inside the hotel, so beware — you might end up buying a ring or necklace if your partner starts browsing! Other Notes: The lift was possibly the oldest I've ever used — it really felt like stepping back into the 90s, which in a way added some quirky character to the place. Food: The full English breakfast was genuinely very good — one of the highlights of our stay. Overall Value: The pricing was reasonable, but for better value, it would be great if they included essentials like a refrigerator, handwash, and hair dryer in the rooms.

Great location for daytime but not so much for night. Very noisy outside until at least 3am. We had a family room and it was excellent. Loads of space in the main bedroom and then a separate bedroom with two single beds. Beds were really comfortable. We only ate breakfast in the hotel which was buffet style. Large selection available and it was very good. The car parking at the hotel wasn’t great. We had to drop our cases then find alternative parking. This was not easy as all nearby car parks were full - cheerleading competition on at BIC. We really enjoyed our stay and would return.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Nice breakfast. Well located. Would stay again. Only thing that would be nicer is having a fridge.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. Very friendly polite staff. Room was clean beds comfortable. Tea and coffee in room. Breakfast was good lots of options. Spa facilities good with a nice pool.

Muy bonito hotel por su precio. Acceso rápido a la playa. No tiene AC pero tiene fans en cada habitación que hacen el trabajo. El personal es excelente, un gran servicio por el equipo. Tenemos todo lo que necesitamos. Costes para estacionar en el hotel. Más barato para aparcar en la carretera principal que es libre entre las 5 y las 9:00 y gratis en los fines de semana. Muy cerca de la pierre de Bournemouth y pierre de boscombe. Tene todo lo que necesitas de otra manera. El ascensor es un poco pequeño pero funciona bien. Cerca de todo. No se queja.

The room wasn’t what I expected for the price. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the water pressure in the bathroom for the shower was awful. We had a better shower in the indoor pool at the other hotel. Some of the staff we very friendly but others came across rude. Other than that the location was perfect
