Well located, next to Cardiff Central train station close to everything. Not located in Cardiff centre but short walk only about 10mins or so. Super clean n comfy AC room. Clean n new towels. Shampoo, conditioner n body wash provided. A safe deposit box but without a mini fridge. spacious family room as per website pics. Located at G floor n have to go down n also climb a few stairs before reaching room.Laminated floor which is a plus point which is more hygienic. Toiletries provided upon requested. Friendly n helpful staff and able to assist more than expected. Truly Satisfied stay. Wil stay agsin in the future.

Para ser una habitación individual con cama doble, la relación calidad-precio fue excelente: cómoda, limpia y nada agobiante. Esta habitación tenía vistas al pintoresco castillo. El servicio fue amable y atento. Para ser un hotel de tres estrellas con decoración y arquitectura vintage, estaba bien iluminado y no era ni lúgubre ni oscuro. Una ubicación muy conveniente, a solo unos minutos a pie del castillo, los restaurantes y otros servicios. Sin duda, volveré a reservar aquí.

We went to the Royal Hotel not really knowing what to expect.  It is set with a lovely building. The architecture is beautiful.  The hotel is set out in an odd way but I think that adds the character. You enter on the ground floor, go up two floors to reception. There is a small bar there that offers free teas and coffees.  The slug and lettuce down stairs provides you with 20% off of food if you show your keycard.  The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable about the local area.  Location is good and because we were on the 4th floor we couldn’t hear the noise for the streets below.  The room was ok. Aircon in the room with tea and coffee.  Now two great points that I’ve been saving….!!  1. The shower! Let me tell you something it’s like I was sat in a typhoon, Cardiff clearly doesn’t have an issue with its water pressure!  2. The bed, it was luxurious, I was able to sink and sleep so soundly! We need this bed for our house!

Decent hotel, centrally located close to the train station making it a very convenient place to stay. Staff very welcoming and took into account my special request and booked me a quiet room which was appreciated. Breakfast, nothing special, just like any other hotel breakfast in the uk. Good views at the breakfast area, staff on hand to help and often going out of their way to help. Service was 10/10. Rooms themselves felt a little old and could do with a touch up but comfy enough for a short stay! Coffee machine too!

很滿意的一次入住。 酒店位置很好，離火車站和巴士總站步行衹要五分鐘，走到卡迪夫城堡也在十五分鐘以內。附近有好幾個超市和餐館，非常便利。雖然攜程上點評不多，但是我入住的時候看到酒店生意很好，住店的外國遊客很多。 酒店房間很寬敞，足夠攤開兩個拉桿箱，床也很大，足夠兩個人睡。雖然酒店位置靠近街道和火車軌道，但是房間裏很安靜：走廊裏鋪了地毯避免響聲，窗户和牆壁隔音也很棒，入住兩晚，沒有聽到任何火車或者街道上的噪音。房間窗户望出去視野很好，可以看到卡迪夫灣。屋子裡有空調，製冷制熱都可以。房間沒有飲用水，但是可以到酒店一層免費接檸檬水喝。 幫我辦理入住的前台很熱情友善，主動介紹了卡迪夫城堡當天舉行的活動，並講解了過去的路線。很遺憾我忘記他的名字了，衹記得是一位年輕的白人男性，不戴眼鏡。我這次在英國好幾個城市旅行，住過的幾家酒店裡，這家酒店前台絕對是最熱情的。 美中不足的是，酒店一層每次衹有兩個員工同時在，而一層又有酒店入住，又有餐館、酒吧，還有自動售貨機和行李寄存，感覺員工們很忙很忙，無論是餐館點單、結賬或者入住、拿行李，都要等三五分鐘，他們才能過來。員工們很友好很盡責，但確實很忙，酒店如果能多安排一些員工在一層就好了。

Amazing reception service for 24/7 hence need to submit keys every time u step out which is good as no stress of handling keys and loosing it ! Rooms are good cozy and comfortable . Good tv channels Tanle fan , hair dyrer , towels, provided Its a main highstreet with all restoaurants near by. So its ok opt for rooms without breakfast

The hotel is situation opposite the castle and convenient to the Town Centre Rooms are big and clean. Wifi was intermittent Breakfast was good and all Staff helpful Great location

Wifi in the room didn’t work I had to check twice with the reception but it didn’t work I had to go to the lobby to access wifi. Despite having allowed to check out at 1pm housekeeper still knocked on my door at 12pm. Receptionist gave wrong info about going to the city. They made mistake with my number of luggages. Very disappointed with this Marriott property

El hotel era muy limpio, abundante en el estacionamiento. El personal era excepcional y como yo había desplazado mis gafas el día 1, se esforzaron por localizarlos, lo que lo hizo. Los dejaría en el distribuidor de agua fría cuando salía. La comida del restaurante también es excelente.
