The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

Personally love it generally as solo traveller. For breakfast choice with wide selection. Just need to go super early for avoid crowds. Surrounding is definitely quiet and suitable for who ever prefer. As people had share this place definitely stay with their own style. I also surprise for upgrade room is definitely a plus for me. I just regret short of time to stay in room as too many things for me to do like skiing. I would recommend those family with younger kids.

This is an older, standard five-star hotel, but it feels somewhat outdated by today’s standards. One disappointment was that there is no complimentary laundry service for guests. The room service menu is available in Chinese and Japanese, but I believe offering it in Chinese and English would be more practical and convenient for a wider range of international guests. The room amenities are also quite dated. The TV is old, and the hotel lacks many of the modern in-room technologies that guests now expect, such as smart TVs and integrated electronic room controls. Overall, the hotel is clean and functional, but it would benefit from updating its facilities and improving the international guest experience to better match the expectations of a five-star property.

Had a wonderful experience at Crowne Plaza! The stay was comfortable and room was spacious, even comes with a humidifier that was an essential for the winter. The butler service was exceptional, replies were instant. Also had a lot of fun feeding the animals and playing with the snow at the resort. 10/10 would return!

Recommended! The staff were very helpful even few weeks before our check in date. Managed to communicate with the staff via we chat. They helped to arrange for our activities there together with the transportation. They suggested activities to be done and update us from time to time. Communication was easy. Rooms were clean. As we came at the end of season, feels like a private place for us, less crowd. Ski and hot spring package was a bonus. Glad that Jack made us more comfortable!,kudos to jack

El hotel dispone de apartamentos de servicio amplios, habitaciones grandes, limpias, el personal del hotel siempre es útil. 10 minutos en coche de la estación de ferrocarril de Chang Bai Shan. Problemas que me enfrentan : hay una enorme escasez de taxi en la ciudad durante la temporada turística de pico, un día incluso tuve que caminar 3.3 kilómetros en - 15 grados temperaturas para llegar al centro, DIDI y T3 servicio trabaja aquí pero la espera de taxi es normalmente 40 min a 1 hora. Como extraño, la ubicación del hotel era poco rara para mí y mucho tiempo precioso perdido en taxi esperando, la ubicación del desayuno está a 300 metros de la habitación, que no era conveniente como yo y la familia no quería caminar en - 20 grados de temperatura para comer Desayuno, me quedé 5 días, pero sólo 2 días me atrevo a ir al desayuno. Para quedarse en este lugar es tan bueno, tan limpio, caliente. Este hotel tiene un amplio apartamento de servicio, una habitación muy grande, muy limpia, el personal del hotel está muy disfrutado de ayudar. 10 minutos de la estación de tren de Changbai Mountain. Me enfrentaba el problema: durante la temporada de otoño del viaje, el taxi urbano era gravemente escaso. Un día tuve que caminar a menos de 15 grados de temperatura 3.3 kilómetros para llegar al centro de la ciudad, y el servicio T3 se puede usar aquí, Pero el tiempo de espera de taxis es de 40 minutos a una hora. Como extranjero, la ubicación del hotel es un poco extraña para mí. Muchos preciosos tiempos se desperdician esperando un taxi. The room was clean, cozy, and well designed, with the brand’s signature literary theme adding a nice touch. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet at night, and the heating worked well—important for Yanji’s cold weather. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged and easy to use.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The amenities are in good condition. Sherry and her team were extremely welcoming and hospitable. She offered a tour around the lobby and showed the room's facilities and features. The only downside being the location of the hotel but this isn't the fault of the team.

Convenient location near 2 big malls, eateries and the Route 54 Tourist Tram station. The hotel provided us with an upgrade to the Wanda Club floor which was a bonus. The room was clean and the cleaning ladies were very friendly. The porters were also friendly and helpful. However, there was lingering cigarette smell in the room and a cigarette bud was found outside the hotel window despite it being a non-smoking floor. There was no hot water for showering for an hour on one of the nights— i understand its a problem with the electrical company but i’d have appreciated a notice so we can make arrangements to boil our own water instead of showering with cold water.
