En general, nos disfrutamos de nuestra estadía en el hotel, y me encantaría darle una puntuación más alta porque nuestra habitación era tan espaciosa, limpia y tenía un hermoso diseño moderno que lo hizo muy cómodo. No obstante, tuve que calificarlo un poco más bajo porque nos sorprendió que, mientras que la aplicación de viajes sugirió que la habitación de la reina estándar vendría con un baño y un duche, resulta que sólo las suites premium ofrecen baños. El personal era increíblemente amigable y muy útil. Es sólo una decepción que las fotos y la descripción en la aplicación eran engañosas, ya que lo hizo parecer que todas las habitaciones de tamaño real también tenían baños!

Stayed here for a convention. It's an absolutely fine place to stay. The room was a little old fashioned but very clean and cool - the shower was great. It's not anywhere central, but fine if you don't mind ordering in for dinner or getting food there (it will be a bit pricey). Staff was pleasant, seemed a little understaffed but nothing that ruined anything too much. Breakfast was great quality and covers all the essentials to choose from. The choice of rooms for the convention is great, so much space in all the areas! Never had a problem with neighbor noise. Overall, recommended. Nothing spectacular but still a good choice.

I booked a double room on Trip for solo travel. It was really good value and a short 10 min walk from the station. I booked this hotel because it was great value and I was day tripping to London and did not want to pay London prices. So budget friendly. This is a great hotel! The environment is friendly and very luxurious. I enjoyed sitting in the foyer drinking coffee. The staff were very polite, efficient and booked me in very quickly. I was given an upgrade to the executive room on the 8th floor. It was very quiet and the bed was huge and super comfy. It had a great coffee machine and extra skin care in the bathroom. The room was very clean and the bed was pristine. It was a great view on the 8th floor. I payed extra for breakfast and it was excellent. I was impressed with the service and choice of hot food. The food was hot unlike other hotel breakfasts. It had vegan and vegetarian options and a very good choice of healthy breads and bagels. I really felt I was getting a high end experience at the hotel. It also had a coffee machine and a bath! I would definitely stay here again because of the quality and the better cost for solo senior travel. I really hope I can stay here again sometime. The efficiency of the trains to London make it an ideal choice for a quality hotel experience without the London prices. Very lovely welcome and flexible allowing slightly earlier book in to enable us to get ready for a wedding. Room clean and breakfast was great.

It was a standard hotel, you get what you pay for. The gym's tiny but the main fault was the heating didn't work and it was a fairly cold night. Breakfast was decent though. 3/5

The only Issue I have with hotel is they have no fridges in rooms That is fine but they should have a fringe for customers medication I was refused first time Then went back and insisted ! Find it crazy these days with inclusive for all If I had visible issues would do anything To assist

I stayed at easy Hotel last week. The room was okay, but it felt a bit congested. There was also a noise issue with the air conditioner, which was disturbing. Overall, it doesn’t seem worth the price. However, in an emergency situation, it is manageable for a one-night stay.
