Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! I would have loved to give it a higher score because our room was so spacious, clean, and had a lovely modern design that made it very comfortable. However, I did have to rate it a bit lower because we were surprised to find that, while the travel app suggested that the standard queen-size room would come with both a bathtub and a shower, it turns out that only the premium suites offer bathtubs. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful— it was a shame that they couldn't do anything about the app. They mentioned that if you're a member and book in advance, there might be some great upgrade options available. It’s just a disappointment that the photos and description on the app were misleading, as they made it look like all the queen-size rooms had bathtubs too!

The staff was rather basic with directions to find my room it is a very big place and not very well signposted. The room had everything needed and was clean. The pool, jacuzzi , sauna & steam room are all included in your stay, just a bit of a walk to another building.

El servicio que recibimos en el desayuno fue el servicio que Lucy & Tetiana recibió, fueron muy chatados y amables y tuvieron tiempo real para todos los clientes y los shows están alrededor de todas las opciones de desayuno.El desayuno fue genial! La habitación de la familia era muy confortable y limpia, con un montón de amuebles. Very lovely welcome and flexible allowing slightly earlier book in to enable us to get ready for a wedding. Room clean and breakfast was great.

It was a standard hotel, you get what you pay for. The gym's tiny but the main fault was the heating didn't work and it was a fairly cold night. Breakfast was decent though. 3/5

The only Issue I have with hotel is they have no fridges in rooms That is fine but they should have a fringe for customers medication I was refused first time Then went back and insisted ! Find it crazy these days with inclusive for all If I had visible issues would do anything To assist

I stayed at easy Hotel last week. The room was okay, but it felt a bit congested. There was also a noise issue with the air conditioner, which was disturbing. Overall, it doesn’t seem worth the price. However, in an emergency situation, it is manageable for a one-night stay.
