Perdón por no darle la máxima puntuación a este hotel, no por el hotel, sino por Luton. Me sentí inseguro cuando vine aquí a las 20:00 con mi prometida. Especialmente, drogas y muchas pandillas que se encuentran fuera del corredor entre el centro comercial y el hotel. Un extraño llamó a mi puerta por la noche y parece intentar echar un vistazo al interior; afortunadamente, el personal del hotel nos ayudó a llamar a un guardia de seguridad para que mirara alrededor después de que se fuera. De todos modos, este hotel está bien, el desayuno y todo tiene sentido, excepto el champú y el gel corporal, que están vacíos.

Hace poco estuve en el Holiday Inn Luton Airport y tuve una experiencia en general positiva. La ubicación del hotel es increíblemente conveniente, especialmente para vuelos de madrugada, ya que está a un corto paseo o en autobús desde la terminal. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, eran modernas y estaban bien cuidadas, con una cama particularmente cómoda que garantizaba una buena noche de sueño antes de un vuelo temprano. Además, el personal era amable y eficiente, facilitando el check-in y el check-out y ayudando con cualquier duda. El restaurante del hotel ofrece una variedad decente de comidas, y el desayuno buffet era abundante con una buena variedad de opciones. El servicio de habitaciones fue rápido y la calidad de la comida fue satisfactoria. El hotel también ofrece buenos servicios, que incluyen un gimnasio, Wi-Fi gratuito y servicios de negocios, con un amplio estacionamiento para quienes lleguen en automóvil. Sin embargo, estar cerca del aeropuerto trae consigo un poco de ruido inevitable de los aviones. Si bien las ventanas están insonorizadas, las personas con el sueño ligero aún pueden notarlo. Si bien la comodidad es una gran ventaja, las tarifas pueden ser más altas en comparación con otros alojamientos cercanos, por lo que vale la pena reservar con anticipación para asegurarse una mejor oferta. El área inmediata alrededor del hotel es bastante funcional, con pocas atracciones u opciones para comer fuera del hotel en sí. Sin embargo, el Holiday Inn Luton Airport es una opción sólida para aquellos que priorizan la comodidad y la conveniencia antes o después de un vuelo. La hospitalidad del personal y las comodidades del hotel hacen que sea una estadía agradable a pesar de algunos inconvenientes menores.

Nice little hotel with beautiful garden and seating area.  However hotel need to be bit more transparent with the situation there atm as I totally understand it and commend them for doing it, however not making paying customers aware this is why bars aren’t open or breakfast / food services are not available will lead to complaints and making customers feel very uncomfortable.  But this does not take away from the staff there who were all extremely welcoming and doing the best with the cards they have been dealt.

Hard to listen to the traumatic stories of families awaiting social housing to house them. The staff are all caring and professional. It’s evident that they are a good team. I’ve stayed in three different rooms, all very comfortable!

Very quick and friendly check in, difficulty to get into room with key card, took 4 attempts. Great receptionist explained breakfast set up and showed me around, breakfast plentiful

I had a lovely big room and huge bed , which was comfortable. Large picture windows with view of river & town over the bridge next to the hotel. Room had all the usual amenities- kettle, mugs,, tea, coffee, sugar & milk. Shampoo & bodywash in bathroom, hairdryer. Box of tissues in bathroom. The bathroom has a good size cubicle and good pressure in the shower. I did not use the in house restaurant, so cannot comment. The bar was good and there was a water dispenser on the counter..Great for filling up my water bottle for the day. So lovely to walk out of the hotel and over the bridge to the town, including the excellent museums, or walk along the paths on either side of the river. Only slight downside was the route down the stairs was a bit convoluted, but there were lifts of course.

Realmente convenientemente situado para nuestras necesidades. Linda habitación espacial Llegada confortable con dos opciones si es necesario Café, té, etc. disponibles cuando sea necesario. El desayuno, aunque sea autoproducido, tiene suficientes opciones y variedad para comenzar el día y viajar a casa. El personal que vimos fue agradable y muy útil. Me gustaría recomendarlo. Gracias.

El hotel estaba correcto y el desayuno variado. No está cerca del seropuerto como para llegar andando. Necesitarás un taxi. Pero está junto a la estación si quieres llegar a Londres en tren.

The Premier Inn is a decent value for money. The staff were very helpful at check-in given that we arrived a bit earlier than 3pm , they allowed us to to change into clothing more appropriate for the toasty afternoon ( sunny and 25C) and leave our belongings in storage behind the reception. The biggest drawback , in my books, was the fact the window in our room was sealed shut and we had to rely on the HVAC system for fresh air. The location made it easy to reach from Luton Airport after a 10 min walk from the Luton Station Interchange, but the surrounding area has a bit of a rough edge to it.

Very nice hotel ,super clean Beautiful location  I will come back.
