We had a great stay here! The building itself is older, but it’s very obvious that the hotel has been newly renovated. Everything felt clean and fresh , the room was spacious, the furniture looked brand new, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. One of the highlights for our family was the game room, which was perfect for keeping the kids entertained. The amenities were also excellent, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. A huge bonus was the free EV charging, which made our trip even more convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again!

La habitación está muy limpia y la cama es bastante cómoda. Sin embargo, ¿no hay zapatillas ni cepillos de dientes en la ducha? Debe prepararlos usted mismo. El servicio es muy bueno. pero no me dieron dos botellas de agua el segundo día. Se sintió un poco extraño. Hay muchos restaurantes chinos y sushi japonés en los alrededores, así como el supermercado T&T, que es muy conveniente para ir de compras. La mayoría de la gente habla chino y hay un minibús que te lleva desde y hacia el aeropuerto.

El desayuno incluía bagels y algo de fruta, y había café y té disponibles durante todo el día. La ubicación es muy conveniente, justo en el centro de la ciudad. El vestíbulo era luminoso y limpio, el personal fue increíblemente amable y divertido, y la cocina estaba bien equipada. Me alojé en un dormitorio para cuatro chicas en la primera planta. Por la noche, se oía el equipo de música del vestíbulo y los pasos en el piso de arriba, pero en general estaba bien para dormir. El agua caliente salía muy caliente y el internet era bueno. Excelente relación calidad-precio.

Las habitaciones están limpias y el hotel es muy cómodo. Hay una piscina de agua caliente en el patio y podrá relajarse en el baño de aguas termales en traje de baño. Se recomienda un restaurante de carnes cercano. (fotografía)

Todos quedamos satisfechos con el hotel, excepto con Trip.com, donde hicimos la reserva. Al reservar con Trip.com, tuvimos que pagar el desayuno, aunque el hotel lo ofrece como desayuno gratuito. Comimos lo mismo, pagáramos o no. Creo que el problema radica en que Trip.com se aprovecha de los turistas que desconocen las costumbres locales, cobrándonos un precio excesivo por un desayuno que se supone gratuito.

Cuatro familias con niños tienen negocios en el río Campbell, por lo que las instalaciones de reserva para un día son un poco incómodas, pero en general buenas

Muy bonito. Muy ridge en el inicio y el final del check-in y check-out. Check-in es 1:00 y es un extra $50 para comprobar temprano. Check-out es 11:00 y puede ampliarse a la tarde sin una tasa, pero más allá de eso es $50. El desayuno es un poco de luz sin comida caliente. La piscina y el agua se mueven junto con un tubo caliente.

The room is big and spacious . Bed and pillows are comfortable. The kitchen is a big plus for us since we stayed for 3 nights. It is in a good location, near the bus stop and within walking distance to all good restaurants. The only downside is it’s near the hospital so ambulance sirens can be bothersome. Otherwise, it was a good and pleasant stay.

This hotel was built in 1885 with historical background according to the pictures on the wall. It would be more informative if there was a more thorough descriptions next to the pictures and become a museum like Inn. We stayed in the Superior King room with balcony, the river view was excellent. This little town is very tranquil with relaxing vibe. We loved to stay in the balcony, unfortunately, there is no any BBQ or stove for cooking here, or we would love to stay more days. There is also no sun umbrella or shaded place in the balcony, and it could be very bright and hot even during 11C in the summer. Our room is the closest to the car park, but we can’t access the stairs directly down to the car park. Instead, we had to detour in the hotel, walked the a few levels of stairs with passing two doors to the car park. There are more than a dozen of stairs in the hotel. Elderly and anyone with leg or back problems need to be aware of it. 
Our room has been renovated recently. Everything maintains in very good condition, besides of the air conditioning. The air conditioning system was connected to another three rooms in the same isle. If any of the room turns on the heater while everyone is using the cool mode, the air conditioning will be shown in error. Thanks for Meghan that she was willing to come back to the hotel for us in 5 mins even it was out of her work time. She has been very helpful and nice during our stay. She is the best front desk I have seen on this island. We were happy with our stay, even we noticed that the noisy music from the pub right under the hotel level not only on in the weekend until midnight. However, we felt that compressor next to us had been noisy all day. We only felt quiet after we turned off the bathroom ventilator, air conditioning and closed the window. There was also two washing machines and one dryer on site charging only CAD$2 for each laundry. I think this is the cheapest laundry service on the island. The last but not least is the bath towels. We can’t stand with it snowing with crushes. I would suggest people bringing their towels. And the water pressure was too weak like a garden pot watering.

I am writing to formally express my very serious dissatisfaction regarding the condition of my room and the overall standard of service during my stay. To be completely honest, the situation is far below what any reasonable guest would expect from a hotel of this category and price level. There is clearly long-term dust accumulation on the exhaust fan and in multiple corners of the room. This is not a matter of minor housekeeping oversight for a day or two it reflects a prolonged lack of proper maintenance and cleaning standards. Such conditions are unacceptable for a property that presents itself as a luxury establishment. Even more concerning is the foul, rotten odor coming from the sink water. Every time I brush my teeth or wash my hands, the unpleasant smell is immediately noticeable and deeply disturbing. This raises not only comfort issues, but also serious concerns about hygiene and water safety. At this level of accommodation, guests should never have to question the basic quality of the water provided in their room. I strongly believe this matter requires immediate professional inspection. I chose to stay at your hotel and willingly paid a premium rate because I expected a premium experience including cleanliness, attention to detail, and reliable service. Unfortunately, what I have encountered so far reflects a significant gap between the price charged and the quality delivered. In addition, despite leaving a tip for housekeeping and placing a written note clearly requesting replenishment, my shampoo was not refilled. I was eventually forced to go into the corridor to find another staff member for assistance. Cotton swabs were also not replenished for three consecutive days. These are very basic service expectations that should not require repeated reminders from guests. Taken together, these issues have had a substantial negative impact on my stay and overall impression of the hotel. I find this situation extremely disappointing and frankly inconsistent with the reputation and standards your brand claims to uphold. I would appreciate it if management could review this matter seriously and provide a clear and appropriate resolution.
