Atlantica Oasis Hotel

Me, my partner and our baby daughter stayed here June 2024. First impressions from the outside and main lobby area were good, staff were professional and friendly. Heading to our room (2406) there were 2 lifts, both tiny and could not fit our full family with bags inside, actually getting to our room took 15-minutes and these lifts need upgrading. Once in our room we looked directly onto a local pub (nags head), whose music shook the walls and did not stop until 4am (Sunday morning). With minimal sleep, and an upset baby, the next morning we moved rooms (2101) which was quieter however the view was terrible. Both rooms decor, furniture and style needed a huge upgrade and speaking to guests, this was a mutual feeling throughout. The area this hotel is located in, isn’t great, yes there are shops and bars around, but the port is a 30 minute bus journey away. Overall, albeit a huge number of issues which I will list below, we had a great time, the hotel is okay, the staff were lovely, and the entertainment team (Ashleigh who is English) were really fun and could simply only work with what they had. We paid £1600 for 2 adults 1 week all inclusive, and looking to come back out in October 2024, we can get a better standard of hotel, in a better location for cheaper, and after talking to multiple families at the hotel, only 1 would return out of roughly 20 asked. Upgrades needed: Lifts - too small and too slow in operation. Rooms - decor outdated. Children’s play area - simply terrible, install a swing at least. Night time entertainment - simply not good enough, finished most nights at 2130-2200. Sun lounger reserve - states 0730, most mornings I came down at 7 and there were multiple people sat on beds. Food - albeit a good selection, much had no taste. Again, although I’ve mentioned an array of issues (not including location) I would stay here again, and this is because of the staff. We had a great time doing Zumba, and all the other games with the team and meeting some great people at the hotel.

This hotel...where do I even begin. Firstly the photos look nothing like the real thing. It's old tired dirty and rough! How this hotel is classed as a 4* I will never know its a 3* at best and that's being generous. Both our rooms our feet where black with minutes of removing our shoes. Clearly not been cleaned before our arrival. Guests aloud to walk around in Vests in the evening, one guest was even top less! Pool...your so squashed in unless you want to put towels down at 6am your only view will be the person in front. Pool is dirty! We booked this as a little mid year getaway thinking great hotel chain and 4*....if you want to feel like your sat in the back of wetherspoons then this is the hotel for you! Shame on you Tui for catfishing.

The hotel is perfect in almost every way, its only downfall is how dated the property seems: whilst dated it is still well maintained and clean however. The staff are very organised and go above and beyond what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. They are also extremely helpful and friendly especially Fillip from reception who was always eager to help and explained everything in the best possible manner - we found ourselves waiting for him to be available to help rather than speaking to the others not because they were bad in any way, but because Filip was so extremely helpful. Would highly recommend if your looking for a stay good stay in kind of holiday with all inclusive. Not much occurring locally unless you get a 20 minute bus into Central.

We found this hotel ideal for a family holiday, plenty of things going on to keep the kids happy. The food is plentiful and there’s something for everyone to choose from. We visited the al a carte restaurant on our visit which you are able to use once per stay, I couldn’t fault the menu, we chose smoked salmon starter - lamb shank for mains and chocolate bomb for desert all of which we couldn’t fault. There’s an Adults bar and pool for people without kids. The activities team especially Ashlie and Nika were very enthusiastic in everything they organised and were a fun team. If you are looking for a family holiday in Cyprus this hotel is the one to look at closely as we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff and cleaning team never stop and the place is kept lovely.

This is our first time at this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised. Upon arrival the reception staff were wonderful and the check in procedure was very smooth. Restaurant. The restaurant was very busy at times but the restaurant staff coped admirably the food was fine and something for everybody. The pools were clean and big enough for all. The evening entertainment was ok. The adults only bar (Zeta Bar) only downfall :- This bar is cluttered with many large low settees positioned so if you manage to sit down you can hardly talk to anyone should you be a senior citizen these settees can be very difficult to get out of. Tables and chairs would solve this problem immediately Get rid of the settees The staff in the bar are excellent with a special mention of Olger what a wonderful and efficient waitress Not sure about returning because of the settee problem

This hotel was very clean and tidy. It looks very modern In the lobby and reception area. The staff were very polite and reasonably friendly. The food was very nice and there really is no complaints with any of that. The range of food was great. The pool is a very Impressive and stunning. But it would be more practical if there where gradiual steps to walk in. It's the slippy metal steps or jump in. The biggest let down was there wasn't really any evening entertainment for the kids. It was very much centered around the adults. Also my camera got stolen in the lobby area and there was no security cameras or much help any way to be honest.

Only downside is the indoor pool was a little chilly on the rainy day I used this & the beach is nearer to Limassol. Although you can get the bus from the bottom of the road and it was cheap. Don't believe bad reviews! There is so much choice of food in the restaurant. We used the touch screen board in reception to book the Italian & BBQ evening. Highly recommend to try this for something differenr. The Mocha cade was great as we didn't always want a big lunch. On the rainy days there is the indoor pool. The adults only pool was nice and chilled, the outdoor bar area by there is a sun trap in the afternoons. It's great to have the adults only bar too. The room was cleaned daily. We got the bus into Limassol a couple of times and also walked this. We did do a further bus route to Paphos which is lovely, does take time but was somewhere different. The animation team were always giving you an option to join in activities if you want to.
