The owners will happily prepare a traditional home cooked meal or inform the guests about all major sites and places worth visiting in the region. They can also help organise tours and prepare a traditional Armenian barbecue. There is a football stadium located near the house. The centre with numerous cafes, restaurants and shops can be reached in 1 km. Nearby sites include Spitakavor Church, 8 km away, Smbataberd Fortress, 15 km away, and Tanahat Monastery and Gladzor University, 12 km away. We stayed one night only, but it was absolutely lovely. Simple room but quite comfortable. Delicios home made dinner, great breakfast in their sitting room, we felt like being at home. Gohar is wonderful and so welcoming as well as her daughter Armine. Armine's young nephew was our driver to Spitakavor, so young but so expert and safe at driving, we had an excellent experience. And, as an added lovely bonus, we were offered some Armenian coffe and dessert after returning from our excursion. Overall a stunning stay with amazing people. Thank you Gohar, thank you Armine from your Italian guests Massimo & Paola
