在這個酒店住了一週 前幾天都還是很愉快 進入酒店服務態度什麼都很好的 最後要退房的前一天 打開一個一次性牙刷 發現是臟的 上面有很多雜毛 不知道是什麼東西 和客服反應後給我換了兩個 但一直在説是打掃衞生的阿姨沒注意到 我很不理解 一次性牙具裏面還有包裝袋包着 怎麼會是打掃阿姨的問題 甚至在晚上快要準備休息時 發現了房間中有老鼠 我是一個人 很害怕昆蟲和這些動物 隨後我聯繫了酒店前台 前台和我確認後讓他們的值班人員上來處理 因為我不敢再次進入房間 所以我在門口等待值班人員 值班人員上樓後開始和我確認老鼠的具體位置並且在房間巡視了一圈 決定給我換一個房間 於是我搬上我的東西換了一個房間 到了房間後還是有很大的心理陰影 會害怕從哪裡再竄出來一衹老鼠 值班人員還像我確認了幾次我是否有出門的時候未把房間門關閉的情況 因為給我安排的房間正對的是消防通道 我無比確認我沒有一次出門是沒有關房間門的 值班人員隨後像我表達了歉意 送了我一個酒店的護頸 總的來説 是新開的酒店 可能有些方面沒有注意好 對於我個人來説應該是不會再次選擇這家酒店的
