這次在攜程預訂了全季酒店（武漢客廳極地海洋世界店），整體體驗還算不錯。酒店位置出行便利，離極地海洋世界很近，周邊吃飯購物也方便。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，隔音效果尚可，晚上休息沒有被打擾。美中不足的是入住的頂樓房間，熱水出水偏小，洗澡體驗不太好。聯繫前台後，小哥很快上門處理，水量暫時有所改善，但第二天使用時依舊沒有恢復到理想狀態。服務態度值得肯定，希望酒店能徹底檢修一下頂樓的供水系統，提升住客體驗。
