Completamente superada, a la recepción por horas, habitaciones disponibles hasta la noche, ningún parking en el estacionamiento disponible para los huéspedes (se utiliza como parking público). Así que quien quiera quedarse aquí en la hora de Navidad debería buscar un hotel más tranquilo. 30€ más vale en cualquier caso. Desgraciadamente, la gestión de masas . Las habitaciones son limpias y ordenadas y el personal está tratando de hacer lo mejor. Ps. Quien reserve Trip.com debe tener cuidado de que las opciones de reserva no cambian durante la operación de reserva. El precio cambia y se encuentra sin desayuno. Después de dos intentos, decidimos reservar el desayuno en el lugar, el precio era aún aceptable.

Nuevo edificio con parking directo en los sótanos, habitaciones grandes y cómodas, una ubicación muy buena en el centro de la ciudad en una zona despejada. A pie se puede llegar a los puntos más conocidos de la ciudad. No pudimos probar los restaurantes por el COVID, pero el room service fue exquisito.

Estuve 3 noches en este hotel por los festejos de año nuevo, durante mi estancia tuve la urgencia de usar un ordenador por motivos laborales, el hotel no cuenta con un business center a pesar de decir ser un “5 estrellas” pedí a la recepción que me facilitarán un ordenador explicando la urgencia e importancia y amablemente el recepcionista me dijo que no podía, pedi hablar con el gerente de recepción el Sr. Jerek Wojtania quién también amablemente me dio la misma respuesta, pedí hablar con el director del hotel, el señor Stefan Bauer quién me dio la misma respuesta y al mostrarle mi decepción comenzó a alzarme la voz y a dirigirse a mi de manera muy maleducada al rehusarme a ser tratado de esa manera me dirigí a mi habitación y el señor Bauer me siguió hasta el ascensor gritando y además impidiéndome el acceso al ascensor! PÉSIMA actitud por parte del director de un hotel, Yo soy hotelero y JAMÁS pensaría en tratar a un cliente de esa manera, mis felicitaciones a los chicos de la recepción quienes con toda educación explicaron que no estaban en la posibilidad de prestarme un ordenador. Para el señor Stefan Bauer le recomendaría algún curso de manejo de estress o manejo de irá y aclaró mi molestia NO es porque no se me haya prestado un ordenador sino por la maberten que fui tratado como cliente, uno llega a un hotel para sentirse como a casa esperando un buen trato no ser maltratado y encima pagar por esto! Es una lástima pues Wroclaw es una ciudad encantadora, el hotel está perfectamente ubicado, la comida del restaurante del hotel es excelente así como las habitaciones Ho soggiornato 3 notti in questo hotel per i festeggiamenti di capodanno, durante il mio soggiorno ho avuto il bisogno di utilizzare un computer per motivi di lavoro, l'hotel non dispone di un business center nonostante si dichiari un ”5 stelle” ho chiesto alla reception se era possibile avere un computer spiegando l'urgenza e l'importanza e l'addetto alla reception mi ha gentilmente detto che non poteva, ho chiesto di parlare col responsabile della reception il Sig. Jerek Wojtania che mi ha anche gentilmente dato la stessa risposta, quindi ho chiesto di parlare con il il direttore dell'hotel, il signor Stefan Bauer che mi ha dato la stessa risposta e quando gliel'ho mostrato la mia delusione ha iniziato ad alzare la voce e a rivolgersi a me in modo molto scortese, rifiutandomi di essere trattato in quel modo sono andato verso la mia stanza e il signor Bauer ha seguito fino all'ascensor

El hotel está muy bien ubicado , las habitaciones son amplias y el desayuno es muy completo y de buena calidad PERO nos llevamos una sorpresa nada más llegar en plena ola por la variante Omicron en parte de Europa y en plenas navidades , los recepcionistas NO llevaban mascarilla , al personal de la cafetería les tuvimos que pedir que por favor se colocaran bien la mascarilla tapando nariz , había personal que deambulaba por las instalaciones comunes sin mascarilla , huéspedes en los ascensores SIN mascarilla , algo que nos alarmo y sorprendió por igual dada la situación sanitaria . Es posible que la incidencia en.Breslavia sea baja pero eso no es excusa para que en un hotel donde llegan visitantes de todos los países , y que entra y salen del hotel , deban de cumplir las normas sanitarias europeas por seguridad de todos. Recriminamos al personal de recepción y aún así , no se pusieron la mascarilla y comentaron que solo era obligatorio en espacios públicos del hotel … creo que el concepto de espacio público difiere del que entendemos el 99% de la población. Sin embargo en la cafetería , tras recriminar la correcta colocación de la mascarilla si la llevan …entonces es esa parte solo un espacio público y no la recepción de un hotel ? Interesante criterio …..Es un hotel que recomendaríamos fuera de la situación sanitaria que por desgracia vivimos , dado que no cumplen las normas sanitarias mínimas , uso de mascarilla . Obviamente si parte del personal del hotel no lleva la mascarilla , no recriminan aquellos huéspedes que tampoco la llevan. Hay hoteles igual de bien situados y con las habitaciones igual de amplias en Breslavia por lo que si tienes conciencia y responsabilidad por la situación sanitaria y quieres estar mínimamente tranquilo NO te recomiendo este hotel.

As a family we stayed here in May earlier this year. I've stayed at this hotel many times now and it's always the first place I look at when I'm booking my return to Wroclaw. What has always stood out at this hotel is how excellent and helpful the staff are. Some have come and gone over the years, both in reception and the breakfast area but there are still some familiar faces and they are always more than happy to assist. I've stayed in a few different rooms at the hotel and as mentioned on a previous review some of the rooms do need an upgrade, not all but some do. The ones that have been upgraded are really excellent. In no way luxurious but clean, comfortable, tidy and modern - perfect for what I'm looking for in a city break hotel. The rooms that haven't been upgraded - most from what we've stayed in are fine, especially for a lads weekend, the odd one that we've stayed though probably did need an overhaul but generally speaking the non upgraded rooms are OK as well. The breakfast, as ever offers more than enough to start the day. Fruit, yoghurts, cold meats, cereals. It's not the most extensive and some people may want more than what's on offer but if its included in your stay it's good value. Location - again as mentioned many times, is excellent - a short walk to the main square and well positioned for jumping in and out of taxi's if you want to go a but further afield. As with all my previous reviews I give it 5*'s again, that's based on the value in relation to the location, the standard of the hotel, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast and as important as all those things - the staff, they always push it over the line when I come to reviewing the hotel. I'm about to book my trip to Wroclaw for the Xmas, it's highly likely we'll be staying here again,

I booked because the location was good and the reviews for breakfast were good. It definitely exceeded our expectations. Free unlimited coffee and tea, quick check in, warm and clean room with very little noise from outside given its proximity to the city center. The rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed. The breakfast was amazing! Everything from cheese and salad to waffles, scrambled eggs, polish sausage and spinach cake! The hot waffles and spinach cake were the best! When leaving at 5 am Monday morning there was a packed lunch ready for us to take on our flight. Much appreciated. We didn't use the pool and sauna. We will definitely be back to stay in future. The staff were super helpful also and it was all in all a very nice relaxed atmosphere.

Reservado 2 suites para 3 noches para la Eve del Año Nuevo. Tenemos una suite de dormitorio para una, (Venecia) y un pequeño apartamento para la otra. Brand new suites. Has everything you need in it. Kitchen has plates and tools as well as a dishwasher and refrigerator. El baño tiene ducha o ducha con tubo y lavavajillas. Internet grande, limpio y cómodo. La zona está cerca de la plaza principal y en la calle una tienda principal Lotes de tiendas abajo para hacer platos o bases. El hotel dispone de aparcamiento. El personal es lo que hace que el lugar sea aún mejor. Muy útil y definitivamente volveremos.

The hotel is in a great location about 10 minutes to old town, very clean and staff were helpful and friendly (particular in Winestone restaurant…. Food also very good) However our room was stiflingly hot, with no air circulation…. The air con only pumped hot air despite complaining about it several times…. It was extremely uncomfortable to be in….. yes they bought us a fan which helped a bit but I actually dreaded going to sleep because of the heat! Also booked through Hotels.com including breakfast yet when we arrived I had to pay for breakfast for my son (and not at the discounted Hotels.com rate Mini fridge was also useless…..might as well had not been plugged in.
