Best part was the staff. Group of guys, two rooms, 3 days, very little sleep. Had the need to interact with almost all of the staff and they are all wonderful. The Manager was on top of his game in communication, courtesy, efficiency and problem solving. He was even able to adequately manage issues that are native to “corporate” Marriott brand which most Managers don’t take the time or have the know-how and care to do. Small things that meant a lot. Thank you. The desk staff was excellent and we leaned on them from Checkin with toothbrush requests to great breakfast each morning to dinner recommendations and even a few laughs. Really good stuff! The rooms were fine with clean amenities (coffee, tea, cooking area). The bathroom fans are either nonexistent or not working. However the air conditioners are excellent and helped immensely. Gym was great. Whirlpool or hot tub would be greatly appreciated. I have a few minor complaints. However an excellent staff more than makes up for that. Oh, the room cleaning services were also cordial, efficient and diligent. Thanks all!
