¡Bonito hotel en medio de la casa de la cabeza,- y la casa de acompañamiento! Estacionamiento de autobuses justo delante de la casa! Parques frente a las dos casas y también en un parque de estacionamiento! una sauna gigante, un tablero de tenis, un desayuno excelente, habitaciones atractivas (con matracas excelentes), una muy agradable hostal (grande gracias a la familia Kofler) y un precio muy bueno (en la época post-coronal) muy bueno. ¡Cualquier cosa en todo- lo que quieres más!!!

Nicht empfehlenswert. Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht. Interieur defekt. Personal selten anzutreffen. Probleme bei der Buchung. Reparatur der Vorhangschiene durch Hotel mittels Toilettenpapier. Gebucht hatten wir eigentlich über Booking.com, wir hatten ein Familienzimmer gebucht für 2 Nächte inkl. Frühstück zu einem Preis von ca. 350€. Kurze Zeit später ruft das Hotel an und sagt uns das Zimmer wäre nicht verfügbar, wir sollen stornieren und statt eines Familienzimmer buchen Sie uns ein premium Doppelzimmer und ein superior Einzelzimmer zu einem Preis von 1x 179€ DZ und 1x 85€ EZ, ich vergewisserte mich dass der Gesamtpreis dann bei 264€ liegt, dies wurde am Telefon bestätigt. Ich sagte der Dame dass ich gerne den Preis der bei Booking.com ausgeschrieben war bezahle, und wenn das Zimmer das dort als verfügbar markiert ist anscheinend im Hotel doch nicht verfügbar ist, kann ich nichts dafür. Leider kam beim Check out das böse Erwachen, wir haben satte 540€ bezahlt. Auch im Hotel war nicht so viel los so dass es nachvollziehbar gewesen wäre dass das ausgeschriebene Familienzimmer verfügbar gewesen wäre, Kinder habe ich auch keine gesehen. Es macht leider den Anschein dass über Booking.com zwar geworben und ausgeschrieben wird aber wenn man dann bucht wird einem per Telefon etwas anderes aufgeschwätzt. Fühlen uns abgezockt und wünschen uns eigentlich eine Rückerstattung, denn leider ist dieser Preis überhaupt nicht gerechtfertigt. Sind sehr enttäuscht :( im superior Einzelzimmer hat das Licht am Spiegel geflackert und das Licht im Badezimmer lies sich nicht komplett ausschalten. Im premium Doppelzimmer wurde vergessen die separate Toilette zu reinigen, die verschmutzten Handtücher unter dem Waschbecken wurden nicht weggeräumt, ein frisches Handtuch auf der Toilette haben wir auch nicht bekommen. Aber das allerschlimmste kommt erst noch - der Verdunklungsvorhang ist nicht fest in der Vorhangschiene befestigt, wenn man diesen zuziehen möchte löst er sich komplett aus der Schiene und fällt herunter - das haben wir dann reklamiert und baten um Nachbesserung, als wir abends wieder im Zimmer waren, war der Vorhang nicht vollständig eingefädelt und wurde aber mit einem Stück zusammengeknäulten Toilettenpapier in der Schiene befestigt - in dieser Preisklasse ist das ein absolutes no go ! Das premium Doppelzimmer lies sich nicht komplett verdunkeln, da die Vorhangschienen unvorteilhaft montiert waren, leider kann mein Mann bei Helligkeit nicht schlafen. Schlafmasken hatten wir nicht mitgenommen, im Hotel gab es keine. Ich habe mehrfach Ausschau nach Hotelmitarbeiter gehalten aber leider war die Rezeption sehr selten besetzt, auch an der Hotelbar oder im Restaurant habe ich niemand angetroffen. Den Saunabereich haben wir uns nach den festgestellten Mängeln/Wartungsstau gar nicht erst angesehen. Ich wünsche mir dass das Hotel Alpenrose diese Angelegenheit in Ordnung bringt, ansonsten hoffe ich dass viele Menschen meine Rezension lesen so dass ihnen nicht d

Podíamos reservar un cuarto en el mismo día a corto plazo. Esta era una habitación estándar muy tranquila, incluyendo vista al monte. recepción amistosa, incluyendo check-in y check-out rápido. El hotel y, en particular, la habitación estaba limpia y muy espaciosa. En el baño, recomendaría la habitación de confort, ya que tiene una ducha separada grande y no una ducha dentro del baño. En principio, el personal era muy amable en cualquier área. El desayuno era muy bueno con suficiente selección. Estacionamiento y garaje profundo (con primas adicionales).
