La habitación superó mis expectativas gran valor, hermosa decoración y interior, muebles acogedores y una estancia segura y agradable en general. El vehículo recomendado para llegar al lobby, e incluso a través de aplicaciones de compartir el viaje / reservar como Grab, tres a cuatro conductores me han cancelado debido a la dificultad de acceder a la ubicación. La zona de la zona de la ciudad es un lugar ideal para los que tienen acceso al transporte o para los que planean relajarse en la habitación todo el día.

El hotel tiene una ubicación estratégica y buen mantenimiento. Desafortunadamente, el oficial de recepción del turno de la tarde del 13 de noviembre fue muy descortés al atender a los huéspedes, respondió bruscamente, no sonrió y no fue nada amigable, el proceso de registro y la espera de la habitación también fueron largos. También faltaban comodidades, solo se entregó 1 cepillo de dientes, a pesar de que se hospedaban 2 personas. La limpieza de la habitación es buena solo porque el servicio es bastante malo en la recepción, por lo que cubre a los demás. Por favor, reprenda y eduque al oficial de recepción que es un hombre chino.

Esto es bueno en términos de servicio y la ubicación también es estratégica pero tuve que cambiar de habitación porque en la habitación había cucarachas, había muchas cucarachas, en el piso 10, en el piso 9, no había muchas, pero en el habitación para no fumadores porque había pedido y la habitación para no fumadores estaba agotada, entonces me dieron una habitación para fumadores, pero no había cucarachas, pero hay un insecto que parece una mariposa blanca como el polvo, no lo sé. no se como se llama En general, es seguro, bueno y no da miedo. Every interaction I had with then was pleasant and they always went the extra length to accomodate any reasonable requests I had. I came during a very busy period and I was impresses that they still managed the way they did. If you're looking for a mid-tier hotel with no extra thrilla, this would do just fine.

Great location in the old town. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning reasonable and the shower had plenty of hot water with good pressure. I didn’t realise at booking that the window in my room overlooked the busy Main Street, so traffic noise kept me awake for most of the night. The breakfast situation needs to be clarified. On their website there was mention of a new menu and several photographs. When I booked my room through their own website, it was unclear as to whether or not it covered breakfast. On my first morning, there was food cooking on the stove, but no mention of breakfast so eventually, I asked at reception. I was told that I needed to order breakfast the night before. It would have been great to have been told this when I checked in! The food cooking on the stove appeared to be for the staff. Not really a hostel atmosphere.
