We had a late check-in I was told it would be okay to check-in at 4:30am. When I arrived my reservation was canceled. The person at the front desk had to rebook me. Thank God. The room was very nice, clean. The bed was amazing for my short time there.

The lady that checked us in was wonderful and helpful. We got to our room and unfortunately it was dirty and the bed unmade with dirty linens on it. Changed rooms which was slightly better. Could not find our tv remote so they had to bring us a new one. Also no hairdryer in room. Front desk said they were taken out due to Covid, yet housekeeping was able to pull one out of one of the other rooms. Terrible communication.

We checked in late like 3am, the front desk guy look unpleasant. Long hair, sleepy and most of all he’s not courteous to the client. I don’t hear him say please or thanks.
Room smells dusty. I checked shelves under the sink where they placed the towels. They were so dusty I even write my name on it.
When I turned on the Lampshades in between the bed, they are dusty. During my sleep I cough and cough because of that dust. Bathroom not updated, gave us shampoo small container knowing we checked in as family. We are 5 in the family. Ended up to buy outside.

Kim was so nice checking in. We picked this hotel because it would fit a family of five. The rooms are pretty clean (only thins was a dirty sock under the pull out bed, but that’s easy to miss when cleaning. The only thing we did not like is it is very noisy in the rooms- you can hear everything in the hall- the doors have a pretty big gap between the floor and doors and I’m sure this is why.

We stay at this facility at a very reasonable price. Seems though they are always in a maintenance mode on the facilities. Repair daily.
