P&O Apartments Center

The apar**ent needs to be renovated. There are signs of humidity or mold on the wall. Bed not comfortable. There is a large uncurtained window so all the neighborhood can see when you are inside. 😤

Nice apar**ent in an ideal location right in the heart of Warsaw's old town. Picturesque surroundings. Quiet neighbourhood. However, the apar**ent had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. And from the look of things, it clearly had not been cleaned for months. Every surface including worktops and floorboards in every room were covered in dust, dirt and dark hair. Bathroom towels were dirty, kitchen surfaces were stained and sticky, pots and pans were old, burnt, disintegrating and unfit for cooking. Overall, inadequate cooking equipment provided. Hairs even found in bedsheets and kettle. Fingernails in the kitchen draws. Socks were covered in dust, dirt and hair when walking around. No hand soap was provided in the bathroom. The shower curtain was mouldy in parts. Half the light bulbs were either missing or broken. The mattress was too big for the bedframe which meant that you slept in a crater in the middle with both sides too elevated to sleep on. To be honest, I do not understand how guests could be let into to such a filthy apar**ent. The apar**ent could have been very nice if it were properly cleaned. The state in which it was found during our stay was appalling. I have stayed in many Airbnb's and this one has been THE WORST BY FAR. At the moment, I would strongly discourage anyone from staying here, it's an absolute scandal. The host was contacted numerous times but they did not express any interest or concern. Eventually, a cleaner was provided towards the end of our stay who hoovered the floors and cleaned the bathroom but the apar**ent was so filthy it would have taken many more hours to do a proper job. A refund of £13 was also given upon request, which accounted for the cleaning fee. No apology has been given nor acknowledgement despite photographic evidence being sent through to the host of the filthy conditions. We booked this apar**ent because the photographs looked great, location was great and the reviews on the Airbnb website were also great. However, if you look on the reviews on the P&O Apar**ents website, you'll see many similar reviews about their apar**ents. This isn't a one off blip. They seem to be filthy, old, inaccurate to their description and lack communication across the board. Do not book any apar**ents through them!!

Location and roomsize are okay but I had problems with wifi that were only solved after 24-hours, one of the electric appliances burned the fuses; when I first sat on the bed it collapsed; no reply on tex**essages after 17:00; promised document to claim compensation never received; no follow-up after stay.
