Первый раз отправился в путешествие по России, на трассе м5 долго искал место (из приличных), думал так и придется в какой-нибудь мотель заезжать на ночь, устал.. И тут вдруг смотрю, лебедь встречает. Зашел внутрь и приятно удивился, прохладно, вкусно пахнет, все рядом! В номерах всë что нужно, даже есть горячая вода! Очень рад что посетил эту гостиницу, цены вполне допустимые для заведения такого уровня. Особо хочу отметить местную столовую, кажется так я не ел никогда, очень уютно и вкусно, есть тв и прохладно, все что нужно с дороги!

Отвратительное обслуживание. Хамоватые дамы на расдаче. Хлеб черствый, мясо по уральски сухое. Несколько раз спросили, будем ли мы соус. Отказались. В итоге в чеке обнаружили соус тар-тар за 40 руб., уехав за 200 км. Неприятный осадок. Не советую посещать данное заведение, а уж если заехали- проверяйте чек.
