Quality Inn & Suites

We were very happy with the room and the facility as a whole. Check in was quick and easy, there was adequate parking, and the breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable and there was complete quiet all night. Hopefully the downtown renovation with soon include more restaurant options close by.

This for us was a very nice relaxing nite out as a couple. The room was big and fabulously furnished. It had all the conveniences of a great room and in the AM hot breakfast which could use a little more variety. My wife couldn't eat any of the selections there due to allergies and there was just one choice of yogurt which she can't handle. We'd sure go there again, so try it out and see what you think!

Nice Sauna and Pool! Except that area is not so private. Interesting architecture! It was all good :)

Nice, older hotel that is very clean and very quiet. Anna at the front desk was very friendly and helpful!

There was a cigarette ash on my bathroom counter and trash under my bed. Told the staff. They did nothing but note it. Also- no trash can for the dogs potty bags except for out in the back in a very dark alley.

The bathroom did have leftover throw up in hair on the floor. But your overnight staff was awesome and help me clean it the first day I was here. Also I was able to wipe down the end tables that were also dirty along with the tables and where the TV stand was, but your staff was awesome at getting me new towels, taking the dirty ones away. awesome job with the staff. I didn’t feel like moving. They help me fix it. Thank you all for my stay.

Very quiet hotel located downtown Virginia. Nicely priced with off street parking. Used to be the unique coats hotel.

I was concerned due to the lack of clarity on the website regarding the availability of pets in the room never stated now where on the site cats are not allowed. I have an ESA cat that has been with me for some time and has never experienced any issues in any of the Hotels/Motels. I did leave a note in my reservation on my ESA animal stay with me and now called to follow up with me. As a precautionary measure, I contacted the front desk to inquire about the ESA pet policy. Upon contact, they informed me that they do not accept ESA cats due to the previous history of pet cats distorting the rooms. Understandably, I called back to make sure they were aware of the ESA can and that it would be in a kennel in the room when I was not present. The manager was also extremely rude during the check-in process. I am currently experiencing a medical flare and have traveled for over 4 hours and found my wheelchair was not working when I arrived and was extremely tired. I requested to check in early and was granted this, which I am grateful for. However, I was questioned by the manager and had them go around my item to prove a point and ask if there was no cat in there right? Also, to the point of leaving a note on my reservation so now when I go ask questions at the front desk, I am asked again you don't have a cat and I have repeated no so many times to the point of frustration and to the point of harassment of a disabled adult. I said I do not have my ESA cat due to your Hotel denied it
