El hotel está muy bien ubicado, justo delante de la estación de tren y la parada de bus que te llevan a Venecia. La habitación que nos tocó era muy diferente a la de las fotos, bastante más antigua y el baño un desastre. La pica no tragaba bien y la ducha tenia una mampara que no cubría y se salía el agua (y eso que no tenía apenas presión!). El desayuno bufé correcto, aunque un poco justo para un cuatro estrellas. Eso sí, el personal muy amable y atento.

Es similar a un resort doméstico, la ventaja es que el área externa es grande y se siente muy espaciosa, llegamos de noche y salimos temprano a la mañana siguiente, por lo que no nos quedamos mucho tiempo en el parque. Las instalaciones de la habitación en la que nos alojamos eran normales, el aire acondicionado no hacía mucho calor, había una cama grande y una cama pequeña. La relación precio/rendimiento es relativamente alta

Me encanto la decoración rústica de este hotel tipo hostal, la verdad lo recomiendo a todos los jóvenes que quieran venir a hosped**** tienen my buenos precios tanto en habitaciones privadas como en camas en general, el desayuno está muy bien de precio y es al estilo bufé, las instalaciones están muy bien organizadas, no lo recomiendo a gente mayor, porque es un hotel más para jóvenes, si estás buscando descansar y relajarte no es para ti!! Pero en líneas generales me gusto mucho la decoración y organización del mismo, el personal de recepción es normal, no tienen muy buena atención en la recepción. Pero las habitaciones privadas tienen todo lo necesario para tu hospedaje

La ubicación del hotel es conveniente, ya que está justo fuera de la estación de tren de Venecia Mestre. El personal fue amigable y asistió a mis preguntas bien. El hotel estaba limpio y espacioso, el uso múltiple de pendientes, así como una sección de bebidas. Me gustaría volver a este hotel en un futuro próximo.

El hotel es mejor que en las fotos. Destacar la limpieza del hotel, rapidez de gestión y amabilidad. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de autobús y metro a Venecia, y de autobús al aeropuerto. En el checkin tuvimos un error con más habitaciones, aunque luego nos ofrecieron un detalle por el error. Pondría 5 estrellas si no fuera por esto.

Es un hotel muy estilo Oriente Medio. La nueva decoración es probablemente el precio global de la relación entre el Festival de Cine de Venecia. Hasta las 3 p.m., sólo se queda hasta las 5 p.m. Comenzó a llevarme a una habitación muy pequeña y una puerta. No hay balcón, y las imágenes del hotel proporcionadas por Trip.com son completamente diferentes. Escogí una habitación grande y dije que no sabían de dónde estaba reservado. Las imágenes de Trip.com les mostraron, dijeron que era una habitación de paisaje marino, y el precio era diferente. Yo mismo comunico con el hotel, el hotel coordinado me cambió de habitación y la actitud es arrogante. La paisaje del mar Lido Adria es buena, la playa es una gran playa, no puedo bajar al mar. Así es, no volveré a vivir. El agente de Trip.com es demasiado engañoso, la imagen no es absolutamente la foto de la habitación real del hotel. No hay respuestas a Trip.com. Un Coca-Cola 10, Tramiso 15. Después de su estadía, puede viajar al hotel gratis a San Marco, 20 minutos, pero no puede llevarse el equipaje, y puede llamar al alquiler de 100 euros.

When we arrived we realised that all the previous reviews were correct. The area is not safe at all and there are men hanging around on the corner of the hotel for hours on end. I know this isn’t the hotels fault, however, there’s no extra security in place and hotel reception staff aren’t 24/7. On the 3rd night, due to there not being aircon, we had to leave the window open (these windows open 2 different ways - like a normal window or a safety way where only the top opens towards the room). At 3.30am we were woken up to an intruder who was trying to break into our room through trying to open the window from the outside by using a metal screwdriver to open it. We had to shout, scream and push the door shut and as two ladies in a room we couldn’t get back to sleep. There was no phone in the room to contact reception, which wouldn’t have mattered anyway as there was no one around. It was horrible & when we tried to tell the lady at reception the next day, she didn’t do anything, just said she’d check the cameras like she didn’t believe us. We were in such a hurry to leave the hotel. We were in a room separate from the main hotel, down the road, which looked like old council flats. The room itself is very basic. Nothing in the mini fridge, our window was broken on the first day and we had to wait 30 minutes for a handy man to come and fix it. We only got one pillow and even though we asked for another one, we never got it. The beds were really hard and our bedding wasn’t changed, just made everyday. The shower was exceptionally small but it was powerful. you can hear every single thing that happens in the rooms next door. We were woken up by people showering in different rooms at 6am. The breakfast is very dissatisfying. There are two sittings - on our first day the breakfast lady refused us entry as our names hadn’t been put on the sheet where you have to say which sitting - an error by the reception staff as we had booked the night before. The breakfast itself had all ran out by the time we were able to sit down. 1 bit of cheese left and no fruit. Very basic so we decided to get breakfast out the next day. As there are no reception staff, we couldn’t check out before 8am, however we had to be at the airport for 8.30 so we went to reception to hand the key back in. The lady was very rude and told us we should’ve checked out last night? How would we have got into our room? she also was rude and told us that we should’ve booked our taxi the night before too (even though the previous staff who were very helpful said come to reception in the morning. We left feeling very unsafe and worried that we hadn’t been able to check out. We were hoping to speak to the manager but the woman just walked away. It’s such a shame as the younger staff were really helpful and friendly at the start. But it’s not safe - I wouldn’t feel safe on my own and I didn’t feel safe with two of us. It is close to the train station, but you don’t feel safe walking there

El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad de Venecia, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. El hotel está a unos 10 minutos a pie de las playas y lo merece. Es agradable volver a una zona tranquila la noche con las vistas más sorprendentes. Todos en un fin de semana muy bonito. Gracias!

A shady motorhome spot meant that after a hard day in the heat , the van was fine. Such a relief in hot weather! And grateful for the pool too which did the job though busy. Clean facilities, helpful staff, great bin system. Tara's advice is good. I would only add if you are only getting a bus and one vaporetto return, wait and buy 2 singles in Venice for €15 rather than a €21 runaround ticket, saves a few $.

Hotel en super posicion, frente a la estacion de S. lucia, se llega en 5 minutos cruzando el ponre sobre el canal. Personal muy agradable y eficiente. Desayuno realmente bueno y de alta calidad. Servicio de almacenamiento de equipaje, muy apreciado. Estamos realmente muy satisfechos, lo recomendamos!
