The location of the property was very nice and the quality of the food was very good. Customer service needs to be improved and also the parking lot.

Very bad experience. Ac was not working. We reached here at 7 45. Security said pool will be closed at 8 pm. Not worth the money. Better go somewhere else

The hotel is good. All the staff and rooms are nice. They claim it’s 100m from varkala beach but it’s not. It’s around ~900m - 1km.

I reached the hotel at about 1 pm, the security was the receptionist. After 10 min of wait i was taken to room 102, the room was dirty, webs on the curtains and the bed, and we also found bed bugs. The swimming pool was small and dirty. Since i had already paid i had to stay. My bags where left in the car as i did not want to carry the bed bugs back.

No hotwater, bed was terrible. No adequate staff to address the issue. Literally nobody was bothered to help guest

The room was not very great for the budget, ac was not working properly and the pool water was not very hygienic. Overall an okay stay for a quick get together.

Some rooms do not have coffee. Tea making kettles. About food : for dinner. Veg food is better than non veg food. Breakfast is ok over all stay was good.

Location very nice, room and ambiance is very good. But pool very bad, not cleaning pool water. I don't like.
