Hotel Varanasi Heritage

This Hotel is very near to Ghat and hotel is very neat and clean. All the staff is very cooperative and humble. It is also very economical. It is very convenient location and you can take E-Rickshaw and also car comes in front of hotel.

Posizione ottimale a 2 minuti a piedi dall’Assi Ghat. La struttura è vecchiotta ma nella media indiana. Coperte e asciuga***i logori. Lenzuola invece pulite. Acqua in bottigliette quotidianamente fornite. Colazione basica (toast, marmellata e miele, banane e ***go, piatti indiani), uova non sempre presenti. Servizio lavanderia: PESSIMO. Capi non lavati affatto, probabilmente solo bagnati in acqua e stirati. Errati anche i conteggi

Simply the best hotel in Varanasi. A few meters from the river Ganges. The rooms are super clean and comfortable, it also has its own restaurant of very good quality. The hotel staff is very friendly and willing to help with tourism in the city, including helping with transfers and other issues related to getting to know the great Varanasi. The best thing, we were lucky to meet Shiva, a guide from the hotel who accompanied us for a full day on excursions to the Ganges river, beautiful ceremonies, temples, walks and a lot of other things that made our trip perfect. Eternally grateful!

Awesome experience ! Very clean room, best hospitality in Varanasi, friendly staff. The tour assistance desk is very helpful and provide all the knowledge about the city. I would recommend everyone to visit the holy city of Varanasi and enjoy the stay in Hotel Varanasi Heritage which is around 100 meters from the Assi and Thulasi Ghat

Al Varanasi Hotel Heritage abbiamo passato due notti. Camere comode, personale gentile e disponibile, per non parlare della posizione strategica della struttura, a pochi passi dai principali Ghat. Se interessati, si occupano anche dell'organizzazione di un giro in barca al tramonto o all'alba.

The hotel is very well located, everything is available within a radius of 1/2 km. the rooms are decent, unfortunately the services are extremely poor. Before booking and confirming the room I had enquired about hot water availability in the bathroom and they assured me of the same. There wasn't any hot water but the assurance of getting it soon delayed our darshan to the temples for 2 consecutive days. We couldn't have our breakfast for these 2 days as were already quiet late for the darshan. I requested them for getting my fan regulator fixed which wasn't inspite of my reminders for the entire stay. The worst hit was when we were having our first breakfast on the last day as we had time in the morning to laze, we had ordered as its was an a la carte that day, to our surprise the ***ager tells us that the bread is over and they could give us the sandwiches later, we agreed and thought we would eat on the way to the airport. To our surprise they said these would be available on payment after some argument they agreed but to our surprise it was only bread butter and not a sandwich, i called to tell the reception they now wanted a photograph of the bread butter as a proof. We were quiet shocked and thought to share.

Great hotel, with great food. Staff were very helpful and attentive, especially Shiva, he helped us throughout with ***y suggestions, translation and anything else we needed. Will come back for sure if I return to Varanasi. ***y thanks.!

Good location Decent rooms with big beds which can easily accommodate 3 Clean bathroom Restaurant serves good tasty food We did not have breakfast as there are plenty of places in Benaras to satiate the taste buds Very helpful staff and does everything possible to make the stay comfortable The only con, no balcony in the rooms Try to arrange for sightseeing on your own or by asking locals

We did stay 4 nights in Jan 2023 . We did like our room , location is good not far from the river , we took a day tour that was good and they took us to the airport for 950 . They have a restaurant too , we did eat there or order room service
