Unfortunately staff were not very friendly. :(
The hotel was newly built and quite pleasing overall. Glad it was open during Covid. It is situated in a quite sort of neighborhood with a lot of space surrounding the hotel.
The outside of the building is not that appealing but inside is much nicer. Rooms were very clean and comfortable! :)
Breakfast was okay but nothing too amazing. However saying that the top floor restaurant was the best part of our stay there. Beautifully designed - vintage style with class!! :)
Service could be improved though. :(
There was a very bad smoke smell in the room bathrooms due to people smoking in the hotel and it coming through the vents. Really almost all Turkish hotels have this problem unfortunately :(
Plenty of Parking in the parking lot :)
All in all a decent place to stay if need be, if passing by the area.

Otel fiyatlari garip bir sekilde degisik. Booking ile Turkiye satis siteleri arasinda x3 gibi bir fark gorduk. Fakat otelin konforu, hizmette hicbir sorun yasamadik. Sehrin en guzel otellerinden biri. Kahvalti basarili, oda temiz ve oldukca rahat. Yatak cok genis. Lokasyon olarak uyguh ve otoparki mevcut

2 Mart Cumartesi günü ve 1 gece kaldım oda çok güzeldi temizdi hijyenikti ve bu zamanda fiyatı çok uygundu ayrıca odalar sigara içen ve içmeyen için de ayrılıyor ve ayrıca gittiğimde hava çok soğuktu ona rağmen odalar çok sıcaktı. Karaman’a yolunuz düşerse burada kalmanızı tavsiye ederim çok memnun kaldım.

İş dolayısıyla sıklıkla kaldığım bir otel. Peronelde ve dolayısıyla hizmetlerde bazı acemilikler mevcut ancak bu bölgede daha iyisi bulumuyor. Oda temizliğini yaptıklarında, havlularınızı alıp yerine yeni havlu koymadıkları oluyor, ama resepsiyonu aradığınızda 1 dakika içerisinde getiriyorlar. Kahvaltısı bence yeterli, restaurantları da güzel. Akşam yemeklerinde garsonlar profesyonel garson olmadıkları için karışıklıklar yaşnabiliyor ama bu da bence hoşgörülebilecek birşey
