Hoteles con bar en Ulm

Aunque Maritim es una cadena importante en Alemania y en toda Europa, esta es la primera vez que mi esposa y yo permanecimos en una de sus propiedades. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad. No obstante, debo decir que cualquier desayuno que ofrezca champán nos dice mucho, ya que siempre nos gustan varios vasos antes de golpear el pavimento para caminar por la ciudad. La próxima vez, quizás vamos a cenar aquí en el restaurante con una vista panorámica que contempla el Danubio y la ciudad. Este lugar tenía una piscina interior, sin embargo, el agua no estaba caliente. Quizás que era intencionado disuadir de usar en este entorno COVID. Al continuar abierto Alemania, quizás tenga que comenzar a comprobar esta cadena, ya que nos impresionó en general.

Este es un hotel muy agradable en todos los aspectos. Las habitaciones son más grandes y muy cómodas y son sin lugar a dudas. La zona del bar es realmente agradable y bienvenida. El restaurante es muy bueno y la calidad de la comida es muy buena. El desayuno es uno de los mejores hoteles que he tenido en Europa. El personal es muy útil y muy amigable no es nada de mucho problema. El hotel tiene estacionamiento subterráneo con una tarifa por noche. El hotel está a 10 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad y de la estación de tren. El hotel es limpio y la habitación era espaciosa para 1 noche. Se encuentra centralmente a pocos miniyües a pie de la ciudad y tiene un aparcamiento bajo tierra seguro y fácil. Hay una puerta de panadero necto que hace pasteles agradables para el desayuno. El personal es amigable. No hay problemas en absoluto.

El bar y el restaurante adyacente no están conectados al hotel. El front desk no tiene ninguna pista sobre lo que está pasando allí. Me rechazó comer/beber debido a una fiesta privada que el front desk no estaba atento a. La habitación está muy bien preparada, pero no es muy fácil. Las camas están bien, pero la ventana frente a la entrada del hotel es demasiado ruidosa. No hay aire acondicionado. Las habitaciones son muy calientes. La habitación necesita mantenimiento, no se ve actualizada. La habitación no estaba limpia el segundo día. El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad, pero no es muy fácil de encontrar.

Don't let the reception staff put you in room 241. It is what I would call a tip. We requested a twin bedded room. However, this was originally a double bedded room with two single beds put in it with no thought of lighting arrangements. The floor covering was filthy, the toilet smelled damp and the tiles on the wall and floor were infected with black fungus. The shower hose was black with fungus too. Not what any guest should expect to encounter in these times. The bed sheets were, at least, clean. The hotel shows some lovely photos of other rooms but room 241 looked nothing like the pictured ones. The breakfast was ok. The car parking was secure and much cleaner than our room. I should have returned to the reception and complained but I had had a long day driving and was in no mood to challenge anyone about the state of the room. At least my eyes were closed for most of the time and I could not wait to leave the establishment.

You get what you see on their website. Rooms small, but very clean. No work desk. Not much privacy as sink and shower are behind curtain, but otherwise open. Restroom separate. Surroundings are noisy which is to be expected in that location between Main Station and Shopping Zone. Windows really tune out the noise, as a consequence room gets quite stuffy and warm. Plenty of pigeons running around on metal framing above window, sounds like rats running inside the ceiling. This might be an issue of the sixth floor only, though. Staff mostly very friendly. Had one grumpy person but maybe they had just a bad day.

Das Hotel ist für einen Stadtbesuch echt gut geeignet, bei der Anfahrt nicht unbedingt gut zu erkennen, da würde ein größeres Aussenschild helfen, aber sonst völlig ausreichend. Das viel zitierte Problem mit der Tiefgarage samt Aufzug ist überhaupt kein Grund zur Beanstandung, lediglich halt ungewöhnlich. Die Zimmer sind überschaubar in der Größe und die fehlenden Ablageflächen im Bad nicht optimal, aber für einen Kurztrip okay. Die Lage im Zentrum und das Frühstück sind vollkommen in Ordnung und auch das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Preis ist angemessen für das Angebot und wer mehr will, sollte sich klar sein, dass das auch mehr kostet, daher hier: empfehlenswert. ☆

Wir haben hier auf der Durchreise eine Nacht verbracht. Preis-Leistung ist in Ordnung, da das Hotel sehr zentral gelegen ist. Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Handtücher teilweise nicht (Flecken, die eben beim Waschen nicht raus gingen). Wir bekamen zwei Zimmer in der gleichen Etage, was für unseren einjährigen Sohn super war, da er schnell zu seiner Oma rennen konnte. Bei Ankunft und Abreise wurde jedem eine Flasche Wasser und unserem Sohn eine CapriSonne angeboten. An der Rezeption war man sehr freundlich. Die Betten sind sehr schmal, so dass es zu dritt (mit Kind) doch recht eng war. Das Zustellbett habe ich nur als Rausfallschutz genutzt, da unser Sohn dort nicht schlafen würde.
