Me encantó este hotel! Las habitaciones son preciosas y el exterior también. Tienen piscina, fuentes y naturaleza. Y hasta una tortuga que parece un perro siguiéndote a todas partes. Todo está cuidado. La limpieza es muy buena. Tienen servicio de lavandería a un precio decente y lavan bien la ropa. El desayuno es tipo buffet y variado. Aquí sí tienes agua caliente y electricidad todo el tiempo. En otros hoteles en los que me he alojado me he tenido que duchar con agua fría y he tenido cortes en la electricidad. El personal es correcto pero a la llegada el recepcionista se agobió un poco. Algo sin importancia.

Estuve en el hotel 2 noches. El hotel es un haveli familiar a diez minutos andando del palacio, muelle para las barcas, el lago…etc Perfecto Personal muy amable, comida india muy buenas opciones vegetarianas. Tiene una terraza exterior ajardinada con una pequeña piscina que en verano tiene que estar muy bien. Habitaciones amplias, con agua caliente, aire acondicionado y calefactor para invierno. Le pongo un 4 por el baño con estilo un poco «indio » es decir: sensación de no muy limpio, y olor a desinfectante (tipo zotal ) los baños necesitan una reforma. Ropa de cama también necesita una mejora. Tienen lavandería pero en el documento informativo no se indicaba ni precios ni horarios para hacerlo, así que no deje nada a lavar. Tenían un ruidoso calefactor (hace frío en invierno) mejor hubiera sido un radiador de aceite. Desayuno con café soluble. Algunos muffins, tostadas, comida india, plátanos y huevos duros…poca opción vegana. Mejorable. Le faltaban más frutas, zumos y algo saludable que poner en el pan: aceite, tomate, mermelada o cremas de chocolate/ frutos secos « casera » Como mejora: Hubiera pagado extra por un café expresso. En cualquier caso muy muy recomendable. Repetiría

Really nice hotel! We had a great experience at the hotel. The rooms were modern and very clean. Also a nice swinningpool and great service. The rooms were cleaned every day. And the restaurant was also great. Lovely food and service!!!!!!!

The best hotel we stayed in India and the others were great. Ajay, Milli and Hukum were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. I understand why so ***y guests come back, it feels like home from home. The garden and pool are phenomenal, it is centrally located in the old town so easy to get everywhere. The food was delicious too. We felt like VIPs staying, the staff made you feel so special. Loved every minute of it and we will most definitely stay when we come back.

We arrived before 9 am after 2 long flights and were immediately given a room well before normal check in time to recoupriate. The following morning we were asked if we would like to move to a better positioned room by the pool, which we did. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially Mr. Hokum (sorry if this is not how he spells his name) who put up with my inveterate questions and was helpful in every respect. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the City Palace and therefore is well positioned. Heartily recommend it

All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially Mr. Hookem (sorry if this is not how he spells his name) who put up with my inveterate questions and was helpful in every respect.
The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the City Palace and therefore is well positioned. Heartily recommend it

We had a wonderful experience at the Mahendra Prakash Hotel. Being a heritage hotel , it is well maintained and exudes of warmth and personal touch. It has a serene and very peaceful a**osphere. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Hukum Singh, always makes it a point to connect on daily basis and also meticulously guides on the various places to visit. Prabhu and Bupendra are the guys who take care of food and service and do a wonderful job making sure you are comfortable and respond quickly to anything you require. Staying at the hotel gives you the old world haveli experience, blended with modern facilities.

Mahendra Prakash is a heritage hotel, true to its description. It is centrally located. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and spacious with a balcony from where the City Palace was clearly visible - beautiful in the night when all lit up. The room had all modern amenities whilst at the same the well-preserved traditional structure and artistic decor was evident throughout the buildings. The owner is friendly and we had an opportunity to chat with him. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff provided excellent service and it was a privilege to have our meals in the beautiful gardens.

This was one of our favourite places to stay in the 2 weeks we spent in Rajasthan. The hotel is small and very beautiful. It's a family run place and it definetly has a warm and welcoming feel. The gardens and pool area are immaculately maintained and provide a lovely retreat from the busy world outside. Rooms are decorated in heritage style, really lovely. The bathroom was clean and well presented with plenty of hot water. We stayed 2 nights and had breakfast both mornings. The range of food was terrific and the staff were so friendly and accomodating. Its location is ideal, easy walk to the lake and sites of udapair, Highly recommended
