Nuestra estancia en el Hotel Xela en Tulum fue una experiencia única de muchas sorpresas. Tuvimos la suerte de poder experimentar diferentes habitaciones en nuestra estancia empezando en la habitación Master, un inicio genial que nos dejó con ganas de más. Luego, la Master Suite nos sorprendió aún más: lujo y vistas espectaculares, ¿qué más se puede pedir? Y aunque parezca increíble, la habitación sencilla no se quedó atrás, con su alberca privada y un ambiente súper acogedor. La comida del hotel es otro nivel, sabores que te llevan de viaje por Tulum. Y ni hablar del servicio, siempre atentos y amigables. La arquitectura del lugar y su alberca son un espectáculo, y la playa tranquila en la que está ubicado el hotel es el lugar perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar. En resumen, Xela es más que un hotel. Es una experiencia completa de confort, vistas increíbles y un trato de primera. ¡Totalmente recomendado para quien busque lo mejor en Tulum!

Xela was a beautiful, peaceful, and an intimate stay. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us and our needs while we were there which made for a very relaxing and enjoyable trip.

AMAZING. Complete luxury service. The rooms are spacious! It's a small hotel kind of built like a house, so there's cozy common spaces and a rooftop which are not crowded - very easy to relax. The service is impeccable - you get in touch with the staff via Whatsapp message. We just sent a text for fries and aperol spritzes when we were by the beach in a cabana, and they arrived shortly. All the staff are so friendly and warm! The beach is clean. The breakfast included is delicious. Don't hesisate - book this!

This was beyond perfect. Best place hands down in Tulum. Tomas and Iban went above and beyond. Coming back again for sure! Cocktails were the best in town and the place is absolutely stunning. Could not rate this place high enough. The best place to stay

Amazing stay at Xela!
We love everything, but the most amazing thing was the attitude of the staff. Being a brand new hotel XELA may experience some minor issues (like bad pressure of the shower), but the way they solve these issues is just top level. Special thanks to Emily who helped us with everything and even provided with an upgrade of the room to solve this issue with shower! A bottle of wine as a gift was very nice!
Rooms are perfectly decorated, we didn’t want to leave! Breakfast is very good with good coffee and choice from the menu.
The location is great - it is in quiet place, sometimes we were alone in the sea! But due to free bikes it is easy to get to any places around. They also provide valet parking which is great, as it is not an easy task in Tulum.
We can only envy ourselves that we stayed there: location, amenities, decor, vibe - everything was great! Do not miss sunset on their amazing rooftop!

This hotel is my new fav in Tulúm and the world. We love Nest too but this spot is incredible~ so private, boho luxury, and gorgeous design. We love our oceanfront room with the crashing waves and beautiful stretch of beach. Breakfast is included and incredible. The pool is perfect and the whole feel of the place is absolute Zen heaven. There is a gorgeous rooftop terrace too for sunset over the jungle which is not common w beachside villa hotels here. Yoga and more is included at hotel across the street.

I absolutely loved XELA! The design, furnishings, and ambience were beautiful, the beds were super comfy and the layout made it easy to meet and make friends with the other guests. The food was also delicious and I loved having a cocktail on the rooftop. The hotel is also very well situated away from the busy part of Tulum Beach, but still walking distance to lovely shops and restaurants. I'll definitely be back!
