As the picture shows, this is an IHG hotel in an architecturally lovely building on one corner of Place du Capitole, the main square in Toulouse which also houses the Town Hall, many bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. The staff are very friendly and polite and always wishing to help whether at Reception, the Bar or on Housekeeping duty. The bedrooms ( we had 536 ) which had 2 double beds, tv, fridge with daily water, tea / coffee station, a very comfortable armchair, desk and office chair. The bathroom was standard and met expectations. Housekeeping was excellent. The lounge / bar area was rather quaint but adequate and a fitness room was in the basement ( we did not use ). Breakfast was also downstairs and consisted of a hot / cold buffet style with a selection of cereals, fruit/ breads /pastries etc. Egg options available on request. Similar every day but more than adequate. Top Tip - if travelling from the airport, take the Tram ( T1 ) to Arenes and then transfer to the Metro to Capitole and then a short 5 minute walk to Place du Capitole and the hotel ( ticket 1.70 euros ...taxi 25 euros ! ) The hotel is also near all the main attractions with the main railway station about 20 mins away via Joan of Arc Square. Finally, the FREE electric minibus passes through the Square every 15 mins. Wave it down to stop and then enjoy a gratis tour of Toulouse to get your bearings. It will even stop just outside the hotel. Enjoy.

La casa es muy espaciosa. Más espacioso en la cocina. Puedes cocinar tu propia comida. También hay café y té gratuitos para beber en la planta baja. El café no está mal. Es el tipo de máquina de café. ¡Poco menos de 6 días, no hay variedad de servicios de limpieza y cambio de toallas! No se considera que el hotel se limpie durante tres días para los visitantes a corto plazo. Y la hora de salida es obviamente a las 11 en punto, he preguntado con anticipación, y Ctrip escribió 11:00, cuando la señora me dijo, debería salir a las 10 en punto, la hora de salida es a las 10 en punto, expuesto Expresión muy vergonzosa.

La ubicación del hotel es buena, ¡y se le dio una máscara al registrarse! ¡La habitación es un poco pequeña! Reemplace los vasos con artículos desechables. Es comprensible mantener todo simple durante la epidemia, pero la recepción dijo que necesitaban que se les llevara algo a la habitación por teléfono, pero llamaron y dijeron que tenían que bajar a buscarlo.

Our hotel which couldn’t extend our stay found us this one for two nights. The location of the hotel is perfect for sight seeing, metro right in front and streets that take you to central sights make for enjoyable walks. Hotel staff was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is a good value, offering juices, coffee along with a variety of fresh bread items, fruit cocktails , fresh cold cuts and all the other typical breakfast items for 10 euro, which compares well with area restaurants offering bread/ croissants coffees and juice only for 6-12 euros . The room was spacious , newly updated, clean with excellent firm bed and linens. The bathroom also had everything one needed and a good shower. A note here that the bathroom is frosted glass walls so everything can be heard and privacy may be a concern for some. The only reason I didn’t give the highest rating is that we had a non stop electric buzzing background noise and periodic clicking electric noise in the room all night so I could not sleep very well. It may have been an issue with our room only(201), apparently the last available room.Given we were leaving after 2 nights and no other options,I accepted it .

Al reservar el hotel ya sabía que tenía varios defectos por las opiniones de otros usuarios, pero se supone que un ibis Styles es de mayor calidad que un ibis de los normales con el logo rojo....pues este es peor que un ibis budget que son los azules, la habitación tenía el baño reformado menos mal, pero la habitación tenía una moqueta que andaba sola, una iluminación era tan mala que tenías que sacar el móvil y encender la linterna para poder ver algo y encima estuve dos noches y no me hicieron la habitación tuve que reclamar que me dejaran toallas limpias al menos para poder ducharme, si quieres secador de pelo te toca pedirlo a recepción porque en la habitación no hay.......en fin muy lejos de la calidad de un ibis Styles de los que hay por ahí..... Eso sí la ubicación es buena son 15min caminando al centro y tiene parking a 12€ el día.... El desayuno correcto normal.

En el centro de Toulouse es genial, a menudo los hoteles/aubergos más situados son los más caros, pero aquí los precios son totalmente asequibles. Pour ma part je suis endormi, donc, 25€/nuit/persone c'est rien ! La réception est adorable et à l'écoute. Les espaces communs sont bien et confortable. La sécurité est très bien, on ne se sent pas inconfortable. Je propose seulement d’investir dans des casiers avec code pour avoir une sécurité totale.

Las habitaciones son modernas y limpias (puede evitar si tiene una fuerte aversión al color violeta ...), y bien equipadas con nevera de barra. (Bien, unos pocos canales más en la tela sería agradable.) La ubicación no podría ser mejor: sólo pasos del metro (intercambio de líneas) y líneas de autobús clave, y a través de la calle desde el parada de la naveta del aeropuerto. Y, sólo 5 minutos a pie a la Capitol. El personal habla muchas lenguas y son todos amigables. El desayuno parecía bueno - pero si no incluido en el precio de la habitación es un EUR18 muy grande, así que nos hemos evitado.

Lugar muy céntrico, todo a menos de 10 minutos, desayuno muy rico y todas las recepcionistas muy atentas y hablando en inglés/español/catalán zona de aparcamiento gratuito a 10 minutos la habitación suficientemente grande para 2 personas con cocina muy equipada preparado para cocinar el la habitación
