Tenía que ir a un hospital local y el personal de concierto estaba muy pronto para asesorar y organizar el transporte al hospital. Tenemos un par de días de estancia local, disfrutando de la piscina del hotel y el tenis de mesa y unos días de viajes de día (treno) a Florencia, Sienna y Cinque Terre, que fue un día fantástico y vale la pena el 18 Euros de tarjeta de día disponible desde la estación en La Spezia, que le permite viajar entre las 5 hermosas aldeas de la línea. En todo un hotel de calidad con personal muy útil, en todas las hermosas ciudades y aldeas de Toscana.

Eh reservado una semana y para mi opinión, me an tratado magníficamente tanto la chica, como el chico de recepción ante cualquier duda a pesar no saber apenas italiano......habitacion amplia y muy cómoda la cama y la limpieza magnífica, siempre me lan dejado en magníficas condiciones 100x 100 recomendable.,a pesar de q esta algo alejado del centro ahy una parada de autobús que te deja en el centro justo detrás del mismo Eh prenotato una settimana e per la mia opinione, sono stato trattato magnificamente sia la ragazza, sia il ragazzo di benvenuto prima di ogni dubbio a dispetto di non conoscere appena italiano...camera ampia e molto comoda il letto e la pulizia magnifica, sempre mi lan lasciato in magnifiche condizioni 100x 100 consigliabile

Struttura nuovissima dotata di ogni comfort;io e mia figlia abbiamo soggiornato in un monolocale dotato di cucina (completa di microonde e lavastoviglie) Bagno con phon e detergenti Camere insonorizzate. Palestra Posizione eccezionale a pochi metri dalla centrale piazza Mazzini quindi dal lungomare e dalla sfilata del Carnevale Un plauso va a Giacomo che è stato un host eccezionale,gentile e simpatico

I must have started this review about 5 times because I don't really want to be negative, but then again I don't want to be positive either! We stayed here for one night, and it was enough - much like Pisa itself I feel - one day/night is enough! The location is well out of Pisa - taxi will cost in the region of €25, but if you like the idea of their thermal pools, saunas, etc it's worth it. Our room was a split level - bed above the en-suite with a decent sitting/chilling area downstairs. However I use the term ”chilling” ironically because the AC couldn't get near coping - despite having it working as hard as it could for the entire stay, it only managed to cool the room by less than one degree celsius. Opening the windows didn't help, but they opened into a corridor anyway, so privacy was a concern. Once you actually see a member of staff in the thermal baths/spa area (they seem to be rather sp**** and stay hidden - pretty sure I read that in someone else's review), they are lovely, but I genuinely felt awkward asking them to show us around - which is what the hotel receptionist had told us to ask! When we checked in, we were informed of a ”party” being hosted on the terrace that evening with food (not beverages) costing €90 each. We may have been tempted, but decided that given we were only there for one night, we'd eat in Pisa itself. On returning to the hotel we grabbed a couple of drinks at the bar and were invited (by who appeared to be the Food and Beverage manager) to enjoy our drinks on the terrace with the live music still playing - this was lovely and very thoughtful - certainly the highlight of our stay at the hotel. All in all, it's somewhat aged and needs a bit of TLC, possibly understaffed a little, and in a rural location. That said, the staff are very good and the location makes it wonderfully peaceful and relaxing. The thermal baths are beautiful and somewhat unique so it's very ”different” and for a night-or-two, you can't go wrong. I don't regret booking it, and if the AC had worked, so would probably have been a far more positive review.

First impression is somehow modest. Still, you get used to it and then you see that it is clean (I believe they are changing the sheets every other day), the staff is really friendly and helpful. The location is good, next to the beach (you would better choose Bagno Amore instead of what they recommend - even with the discount - Bagno Elisabetta - a bit cheaper and more space next to the water to play). If the weather is nice, the breakfast is on the roof (which is super nice). Some enhancements could be done: a more diversely breakfast, management could see some things that need to be addressed such as part self service breakfast to reduce frustration, shower space and shower hose not only shower head, extra space in the bathroom for toothbrush, nicer light fixtures and so on. All in all, the price is fair for what you get.

Enjoyed our 4 night stay and 1st visit to this area, 10 - 15 minute walk down from the train station (literally walk down any street you see opposite the station and you hit the promenade close to the hotel). We unfortunately had booked a room on the 1st floor with a huge window overlooking the promenade but no balcony, asked to upgrade but no balconies available - still an amazing view though. Hotel is absolutely spotless everywhere and the position is excellent, good air con in the room, lovely bar to sit in and enjoy an evening drink. ******* were that there was no courtesy room available to shower on the last day nor were we able to keep the room longer than an extra half hour, we had to change and freshen up for the airport in the small toilet that is situated off the dining room which wasn’t great. Breakfast was very slow if ordering off the Al a Carte, and because there were tour groups booked in who ate breakfast together in groups of 10-20, the kitchen and front of house struggled to cope at busy times. On 2 days we were allocated a corner area of the restaurant near the buffet to sit in rather than being able to sit in the window where we preferred - the tour groups were given the better tables / treatment. Free Prosecco at breakfast though was a plus 🥂. Some music in the bar would have created some atmosphere - could hear a pin drop at times 🎶 All staff were very professional and friendly and we tried 3 beach clubs opposite the hotel - Irene (amazing sea food), Milano (the cheapest) and Vespucci (has a swimming pool). It was no cheaper to book the beach clubs via the hotel and we found that paying direct at the beach clubs gave better options, for example, at Milano you could opt to have no umbrella and pay less. The hotel provided us with beach towels each day at no extra charge. We visited the public beach across from the hotel also which is free but no option to book beds. Loved the Marina and the seafood street food places (5 -10 mins walk), Sa Player restaurant was our favourite (5 mins walk towards the Marina), the back streets were full of patisseries selling the amazing cakes and pastries at half the price of the promenade cafes/restaurants - also loads of shops on the backstreets and a fish market that I believe cooks outside for you at weekends but we missed this 😢. A street market was set up on the promenade across from the hotel on Thursday morning and went on for miles. 15 minutes on the train to Pisa and 25 minutes to Lucca so handy spot to explore from. Plenty to do here, will definitely return one day 🇮🇹

El hotel no está tan mal, a tan pocos 600 metros de la playa, pero el personal es lo más desagradable que he conocido. Un aire acondicionado inoperativo (a más de 30 grados de temperatura exterior) y un cubierta de baño que me habían comunicado desde el 2.Tag en la recepción no se ofrecieron hasta nuestra salida. Pero también aquí había otra habitación. ¡Deficiencias mayores! Estoy acostumbrado a Mercure otro tipo de hoteles y también personal!!!! No quiero hablar de la calidad, selección y presentación del desayuno! Que nadie ha estado enfermo todavía me sorprende! S******es y queso están en las placas sin refrigerar y abierto, y la mantequilla es casi líquida
