The rooms were huge, and clean. But the bathrooms were boiling. Despite that there was no hot water. The door handle fell off when I touched it. Plug socket didn’t work. WiFi didn’t work. Hotel wasn’t able to take card payments as machines weren’t working, and we had to nip back the next day to sort. Didn’t stay for breakfast so can’t comment on that. Easy to find and easy parking. Right on the ocean, which was nice.

We didn’t actually stay or eat at the hotel but I must call out Rafi who was unbelievably kind to us. We had run out of cash and there is no A** within miles of nearby Wadi Shab and Wadi Tiwi. We asked in the hotel if we could use a card in exchange for cash. The hotel didn’t have any cash but Rafi suggested we rode with him in our car to his friends place in the nearby village who gave him so cash. We then went back to the hotel and completed the transaction. What a star! We are then able to visit Wadi Shab

The place is clean, airy, nice and wide rooms, excellent location and very good service. I would not go for their food options, since there are very good restaurants in town that serve a wide variety of dishes at great prices. *********** charges higher prices than this place's dedicated internet site. The only thing is that the shower, which is quite convenient, is not separated in the bathroom, so you end up flooding the whole place. However, it gets dry quickly due to the weather.

I would definitely recommend this spot. It's a great location to stay at if you are going to Wadi Tiwi or Wadi Shab. The staff are super helpful. The rooms provide exactly what you need and are easy to access. It's right next to the ocean and mountains. So beautiful.

The hotel is very well located if you want to visit Wadi Shab, Wadi Tiwi and Bimmah Sinkhole. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic and could need some renovations. However, you’ll get good value for the price. We can recommend to stay at Tiwi Sunrise.

The hotel is a good option to take an overnight break on the way from Sur/ Turtle Reserve. It is close to Wadi Shab, Wadi Tiwi, and Bimmah Sinkhole and can serve as a rest stop on your coastal drive. There are some stunning beaches nearby. The beach by the hotel is rocky but offers a great sunrise experience (ask for the sea facing rooms). The hotel lacks in ambience and food options, but service was polite and attentive. We had a pleasant stay.

Great stay at excellent location to do wadi shab and wadi Tiwi. Spacious and clean rooms. Nice garden and pool.
Only the food and laundry is extremely expensive for Omani standards.

We were pleasantly surprised by how modern and spacious our room was. Considering how remote the area was, we did not expect it. The room was very clean and tidy. There was a minor ant situation, but once food was properly stored away it did not cause too many concerns. It is in Oman, after all. The staff were exceptional. They were polite and courteous, and communicated great throughout our stay. The hotel is about a 10-minute drive to Wadi shab, which made going there back-to-back days very easy. The dinner (5.00) was a bit pricey, but there was absolutely nothing else to eat in the area, so it was fine considering.

C’est digne d’un très mauvais restaurant d’entreprise ça se mange quand tu as faim sinon faut passer son chemin cadre extérieur sympa proche des activités personnel sympathique ça manque de choix l’eau n’est pas fraîche rivage mauvais ..
