I had booked a single room for 2 nights with last minute.com. When I arrived they could not find it. Ok, not the hotel fault if the provider did not send it. But the receptionist was very rude. She kept saying ”you have to pay or you cannot have the room”. I tried to explain that I had already paid and we should try to solve the issue but she only seem interested in getting rid of me. Luckily I was able to get quickly in touch with last minute, they contacted their provider that re-sent the reservation with the payment. I went back to the front desk and told them that they should receive shortly my reservation but once again she kept telling me ”you have no reservation”. I calmly explained that it would probably take a couple of minutes. I sat down and 2' later the other girl at the reception (definitely more accomodating but she clearly was not the one in charge...). brought me the room key and apologized. The rudness was unacceptable as it wasn't either mine or their fault but being a host they should know how to treat customers who keep their business running. The hotel itself is ok, old but well kept and in a convenient location. The room was clean, vert big shower, comfy beds. No complaints there.

Aunque nuestro paso por el hotel fue tan solo de una noche me pareció un hotel que reunía todas las características de un hotel de lujo: habitaciones, comedor, jardines, atención del personal, ascensores, wifi... Céntrico sin lugar a dudas en una ciudad de construcciones modernas, avenidas, paseos.... Aunque había toque de queda pudimos ir y volver andando hasta el restaurante de la cena. Un paseo muy agradable. Desayuno con todos los ingredientes y bien atendido. Recomendable sin lugar a dudas.

He visitado muchísimos países, y en hoteles de todo tipo, y en alguna oportunidad me ha tocado pedir “late checkout” o lo que es lo mismo “salida tarde” porque mi vuelo de regreso a casa sale muy tarde ese día. En este caso pagué casi 600€ por prácticamente 2 noches, eran 3 noches, pero la primera noche llegué a las 2 de la madrugada del aeropuerto, es decir, prácticamente 2 noches, cuando en Albania los hoteles están muy baratos, pero preferí agarrar una cadena conocida por si acaso, Y AL PEDIR LATE CHECKOUT DE 2h porque mi vuelo salía a las 18:50h de la tarde, ME DIJERON QUE NOOOO, cuando el hotel estaba recién estrenado y estaba prácticamente vacío!!!!!!!! ME PARECIÓ MUY MUY MAL, TUVE QUE ESTAR DANDO VUELTAS POR TIRANA Y COMER SÚPER TARDE, PARA PODER HACER TIEMPO HASTA LAS 16h que me fui al aeropuerto. PIENSO RECOMENDAR EL HOTEL? NO!!!!, PIENSO VOLVER??? NO!!!!, no sólo por esto, sino porque está lejos del centro, el restaurant Terra del hotel es carísimo, y mira que a mi casi nada me sorprende, pero la diferencia de precios con el resto de la ciudad, me sorprendió muchísimo. Pedimos para comer unas mini chuletas de cerdo ibérico y un Angus rib y 2 aguas, y nos cobraron 135€, cuando en el restaurante ERA, que está a 50 metros del hotel, lo recomienda TripAdvisor, y nos costó un risotto exquisito, y 2 chuletones de angus de 1.200 gramos con guarnición de setas y verduras, más pan, más 2 aguas, más una Pepsi max, OJO 53€, de locura!!!! Y estaba todo muy bien, así que no se justifican los precios del hotel. El hotel es bonito?? Si!!!, es cómodo??? Si!!!, está prácticamente nuevo, lo inauguraron hace poco, pero eso no da derecho a que te cobren 5 veces más por comer en sus instalaciones, está a 1 km y medio o más de la plaza Skanderbeg y de todo lo que hay que visitar por la capital de Albania. Muy bien, muy tranquilo, aunque puedes oír algo de ruido desde el estadio a lo largo del camino. Soy un dormidor muy ligero, y las auriculares eran suficientes para bloquear el sonido. Muy bien quedarse!

La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero la habitación era muy buena. El hotel es muy grande, el mejor de Albania. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, junto a la plaza principal, junto a una puerta de un centro comercial y una zona pedestriana llena de restaurantes y cafés. El hotel también dispone de aparcamiento gratuito en el sótano para llegar a su coche sin salir si no quieres usar el servicio de valet. I would never stay in this hotel or city again; it went from bad to worse within minutes. We arrived at our hotel at 7am as our flight was delayed so got there a little later than expected, we went to the front desk where the man did not even acknowledge us for 10 minutes to be then told they cancelled our room as we were a no show. We told them our flight was delayed and the site says check in at any time. He then made us go to another hotel which he told us was a 3-minute taxi journey away and said he would pay for the taxi. We finally got a taxi after waiting another 30 minutes, and it was over 10 minutes away. When we got to the other hotel the receptionist told us we need to pay for the hotel and the taxi for all 3 of us which never got told to us by the first hotel. We had all inclusive booked and got told we would have the same at this hotel but never got told that I would have to pay almost £300 more when I got to the other hotel even though our hotel was paid for months ago. I just paid for 1 standard night with no extras as this was very expensive and we should not have had to do this anyway as this was paid for. So, I had to pay for the room to then go to a third hotel across the road, which we were also never got told about until after we paid for the hotel. Every person we met at all 3 hotels were rude, abrupt and there was no communication at all. We finally got into out hotel room at 9am after being up all day working, for then a flight to be delayed and then to this happening. We had to pay extra for the spa even though we got told this was included in the hotel. We had to leave our passports with the receptionist at the third hotel, when we went to leave, we had to remind her that she had our passports and then when we asked for them, they were in an unlocked cupboard behind her where anyone could access. She also tried to charge us for breakfast again even though we paid for that the morning before, oh and you had to go across to the other hotel to have breakfast and use the spa. I travel a lot and have never had this happen. I have tried to get in touch with the hotel since then and they just ignore my emails and messages so nothing gets resolved.

You can’t do much better than this place. We thoroughly enjoyed it. It has a great city center location, only about 1 km from Skanderbeg Square and 1 km from the Grand Park. All around the hotel are busy streets filled with shops, cafés, bars, restaurants, etc. – it seemed to be a very nice neighborhood. The gals at reception were super friendly and helpful. We were given a 10th floor room with a decent view across the city. The room was spacious, bright, and clean but we noticed that there were a few maintenance issues that needed to be attended to, like all the paint peeling off the window sills. The Wifi worked great, but we struggled to find any decent English programming on the TV. There was a good little fridge and a great shower – but watch the very, very slippery tiles on the shower floor, definitely a hazard. The room was well sound-proofed – almost no street noise. The free breakfast was superb – an amazing array of pastries, cakes, and breads and a small variety of hot dishes, and some fresh fruit. We had a look at the hotel bikes, but on close inspection they didn’t look all that reliable so we opted to rent some good bikes from the bicycle shop just down the street. Overall we had an amazing stay and loved the service at this hotel. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers looking for an affordable place in Tirana.

El hotel está situado en el centro de Tiarana. A lo largo del centro de la ciudad. Fácil de ir solo al parque urbano y Parlza. Todo es un buen servicio, la recepción es muy útil y amable. Disfrute de un gran desayuno y cafetería.
