Great stay, friendly staff and was well taken care of. Love the decor and our room.

In my view, Ritz Tianjin is the branch with the highest service level. ( i visited Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Beijing financial street and Beijing Huamao centre so far) 1. 3 days before arrival - The branch called me to confirm the number of visitors (couple + 7 month old); and the purpose of visit (wedding anniversary) 2. Upon arrival - We were greeted by friendly staffs whom helped us with our 3 luggages and they did it with a smile 3 Miss Freya Luo lead us to the check in and was explaining the restaurants and facilities of the branch 4. During stay, our garbage and room was cleaned up no less than 2 times a day (we only stayed 2 days) 5. Miss Freya, also helped us to arrange parcels (mainly infant diapers and napkins) to be sent to the hotel 6. The exterior of the hotel resembles a castle and its truly special The hotel is merely a room; the service provided by each of the staffs here makes this experience truly memorable Thanks again Freya!

Victoria suite is decent but it is a little bit weird there’s no TV in bedroom

Great breakfast, spacious rooms, excellent services and good location.

Maybe it's because I had high expectations, but I'm disappointed that it's a pretty old hotel. And the worst part was the smelling at our floor. Although the hotel changed rooms and was kind. But when I woke up in the morning, I had a headache because of the smell of the bathroom. The staff was really kind, perhaps because of the Ritz-Carlton service training. I recommend a renovation for the next step.

The hotel is grand - and old-world stately charm, feeling like from another era. If you want glitz and glam you will not find it here. The staff was quite pleasant, helpful and responsive on every level from doormen, front desk to cleaning. The breakfast was top notch with lots of nice offerings.

原本預訂了英式豪華套房，因為景觀是內廷花園，所以升級了卡爾頓套房。 面積的確超大，面對街景，有個小陽台，住六天很舒服。 每天會送一箱小礦水，從外面遊玩回酒店後房間已經整理乾淨了。😊 用餐可以都在行政樓層解決，晚餐有5、6個熱菜、一些涼菜和色拉、水果、蛋糕、麪包、飲料和酒水，島台上每天會有現場製作的食物，比如現包的餃子、越南河粉、現做的漢堡等，我覺得已經很豐富了。早餐還是建議到1樓吃，9樓的食物還是少了點。 在天津玩除了去濱海新區，其餘景點大都在市區各個角落，叫車也很方便，春節在天津很悠閑的就這樣快度過了

春節期間入住，自己帶着孩子2個人，對飯菜要求不太高，又懶得去外面排隊等座吃飯了，所以為圖方便訂的行政房，看了很多評論對酒廊的餐食褒貶不一，自己親自體驗了4餐，晚間甜酒沒有去體驗，就這4餐下來感覺確實差強人意，早餐我是10點到的酒廊，沒有什麼人，但感覺比晚餐和中餐更令我滿意，不過酒廊的服務是無可挑剔的，入住前對房間位置安排也跟酒店進行了具體溝通，入住當天前台很積極的協調以便讓我能儘早入住，很是感謝，包括入住期間遇到的每一位工作人員都能主動問訊客人是否需要幫助並親切的問好，所以對麗思的服務必須點贊！

酒店很好，沒什麼可説的。驚訝的是早餐居然排隊，9點多去的等到 10點才進去，當然酒店給的客觀理由是人多，的確人也很多，但是體驗感很不好，當然酒店道歉了，還給小盆友送了禮物。希望酒店在下次可以多一些預案，比如行政的開放了，可以分流一部分，臨時增加一些桌椅板凳等。

一家三口第三年春節來到天津，這次入住天津麗思卡爾頓，意外收穫了來自歷史底藴、城市核心區位與頂級服務的完美融合。 酒店本身就是一部“活歷史”——前身為1920年代英**工部局大樓，巴洛克風格穹頂與哥特式拱窗至今保留完好，彩色玻璃與雕花石柱彷彿講述着建築如何從殖民時期辦公樓蜕變為奢華酒店的故事。 步行5分鐘直達五大道歷史街區，推開窗就能看見原英國領事館的紅磚屋頂；打車10分鐘抵達古文化街、意式風情區，甚至夜遊海河後散步回酒店也僅需15分鐘。這種“景點環繞卻不喧鬧”的位置堪稱完美，既避開了濱江道的嘈雜，又能隨時融入城市脈搏。 從踏入酒店的那一刻起，我們就感受到了無微不至的關懷。禮賓員的熱情，前台小姐姐温柔細緻，無論是客房服務還是餐廳服務，每一位工作人員都面帶微笑，積極主動，讓我們感受到了賓至如歸的温暖。遠超曾經住過的“某莊”和“某季”。 這裏更像一座有温度的“城市會客廳”，既有歷史厚重感，又有煙火氣的體貼。若再來天津，這裏仍是無可替代的選擇。
