Un buen hotel ubicado en la zona turística de la ciudad. Limpio, cómodo, hay una piscina en la azotea. Desayuno, no había queso, había tocino, puedes elegir qué comer. calidad precio. Mira la reseña en vídeo en el canal de you tube Pikart Travel

The hotel near to the beach, 5 minutes walk to the beach and got a lot of reataurant near to the hotel.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by a variety of massage parlors and lively bars. The reception staff were incredibly warm and attentive, going above and beyond to assist me in communicating with a driver who didn't speak English. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next visit to Da Nang.

The good: The front desk receptionists are super professional and friendly. the location is close to the beach, about three minutes walk. The bad: the hotel manager is terrible. The bathroom drain was clogged and caused flooding in the bathroom when taking shower. The ceiling is dripping water. the floor corridor and the room smell mold which causing me headache. Multiple stains on the bedding sheets. The mattress is bad, you feel the springs in the mattress. I checked in in the middle of the night and had to live with those problems. when I requested to leave earlier the next morning the hotel manager refused to refund me the remaining amount.

Good location, nice breakfast, but too noisy

A good hotel near the beach. Just a few steps, and you can reach many restaurants, and nearby attraction points.

Friendly staff members with good English, great value hotel as long you don’t expect view from window and unfortunately the bathroom has a bit of smell, apart from that, awesome location in the middle of everything with beach only 2 blocks away!! 👍

It’s literally just a bed in a small room. The size of the room is definitely not accurate as listed. Location wise quite ok

Pros: The staff are overall super friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making your stay more pleasant. The hotel is reasonably priced and conveniently located very close to the beach, just a 5-7 minute walk away. It's also near An Thượng night street, offering plenty of nighttime activities, dining options, and fun bars to enjoy. Cons: The room did not match the pictures. Although it was listed as having a balcony, I would describe it more as a large window since there was no extended area to step onto. Additionally, the bed in the pictures looked like a standard 1.2m size, but in reality, it was quite small. The interior was old and scratched, and the bed linens were quite worn and not new. Don't expect much of a view either; mine overlooked the nightlife street with bars, which became quite noisy at night due to poor soundproofing, making it difficult to rest. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi was extremely slow and unstable, constantly disconnecting. I couldn't even load a single story, which made it very hard to work in the room. Lastly, the breakfast options were limited and not appealing enough to feel satisfied before heading out for the day.

Superb value for money and a fantastic view from the pool. Restaurants closeby are fab too
