Muy buen hotel. Con todo lo necesario. A destacar la comodidad de la cama. La ducha es un poco incómoda.

Gracias especial a Nikos & Konstantina 😍 - Desayuno: Muy variada variedad de platos muy bien hechos, productos locales frescos y hermosas damas que están ejecutando el espectáculo ☕️🥐🥯 - ubicación: No podría ser mejor, totalmente central pero no ruidoso en todos ✅ - Facilitaciones: El hotel es un hotel de la leyenda urbana vibe, ubicación, valor por dinero, acceso al parque de estacionamiento y última pero no menos importante amistad con los animales. No sólo nos acogemos y nuestros perros con tratamientos de astuto cuando llegamos, caminamos en una sala de fab con una cama de perro (por perro) que era definitivamente más poser que los que tenemos en casa 🐾 - Hotel: Super alto techo elegantemente, recientemente y brillantemente renovado. Todo es nuevo, super eficiente y usted definitivamente obtiene más de lo que necesita 🥇 - Habitaciones: Bueno, de la calidad de los materiales, de lana y así en nuestras habitaciones tuvo uno de esos duchas que no quieres salir de 🔝 En general no podemos esperar hasta Visita este hotel favorito y hermosa ciudad de nuevo 🤞🏩❤️

Central, close to tourist attractions and many diverse restaurants. The staff were efficient, helpful and pleasant. We had a single en suite room each which were perfect for a short stay. Everywhere inside was clean and we loved the well-supervised breakfast. It’s worth noting that it’s situated on a side street which is much quieter than the nearby main road…

Los cachorros desagradables vinieron de la tabla mientras estaban duchas. Nos lo informó al receptor que se disculpó. Dijeron que controlan las plagas regularmente. Pagamos el precio completo y pedimos al receptor que hable con el gerente y regrese a nosotros la mañana siguiente antes de que nos dejemos. La habitación no estaba bienvenida y no estaba ahí, como se nos dijo. El hotel está cerca de las instalaciones, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel. Si los viajeros van a ese hotel, primero asegúrese de que no reservan habitaciones de primer piso y traen productos de asesinato de plagas en su bolso!

I always stay at the Hyatt when I have an early flight the next morning as they have a transfer shuttle to the airport. Staff are attentive, the hotel is nice, clean and was beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The food is also delicious. The rooms are big and comfortable and have huge beds.

We stayed for 2 nights in this boutique hotel. First I would recommend choosing a Junior Suite for the stay as it is a lot more quite than the rooms looking on the main street in front of the hotel. By the way none of the rooms has a great view, so better looking at the quite backyard. The junior suite was clean and looked nice. Not so big but comfortable. I did not like the bathroom amenities they offer like shower gel etc which was not of good quality. It was also not so nice that the hotel offers no room service and no food for lunch or dinner. They just serve breakfast. The breakfast was ok but could be nicer. I do not understand why they do not treat the guests with coffee of the manual coffee machine instead of fully automatic coffee machine. Staff was really friendly and tried to do everything for the guests. We liked our stay but next time we may choose a different hotel in Thessaloniki.

My husband and I spent 2 nights at this hotel. The location is excellent as it is only a few minutes from the White Tower. Our room was a good size and very clean. However there was no where to put a large suitcase. The shelf where a suitcase could have been put was blocked off by a full length mirror. Whilst a full length mirror is great it is a real shame they have chosen to effectively limit the use of the shelving. We put one suitcase on the desk and had to have the other one on the floor. There was also a faint smell of food in the room. We noticed that the cleaners always left a window in the room ajar and wondered if this was to try and get rid of the food smell. The bathroom was also an OK size but unfortunately it was impossible to have a shower without wetting the bathroom floor. They have an agreement with a local car park operator and we parked our car there. When we first saw the car park we were a bit hesitant. We had to drive the car onto a circular disk and the car disappeared down an elevator. We had never experienced a car park like this but it did all work OK. I had asked for the price of parking when I first booked and I was told it would be 10€. When we arrived it was 13€. I appreciate things do increase but it would have been considerate if they had said this rather than just say it’s 13€. We had intended to take the breakfast option but when we saw the room and spoke to the staff we decided against this for the following reasons: 1. There was no table and chairs in the room to eat breakfast. We would have had to balance it on our lap on the bed. 2. The earliest time we could get breakfast was 8.30am. We wanted to be out and about by this time. 3. We were concerned that the hot food would not be hot by the time we received it. To be perfectly honest we are simply amazed that a 4 star hotel would expect people to eat breakfast on their laps. The female who checked us in gave us a lot of information. In fact, so much that it was overwhelming. We would have preferred detailed information about fewer things. The gentleman who was there when we were settling our bill (the evening before we checked out) gave us good information about leaving the car park. He understood the need for detailed information. I booked this hotel almost 5 months prior to our stay. Just over 2 months before our stay I emailed the hotel to notify them that the credit card I had used to confirm the booking had been compromised and cancelled by the bank and was there a secure way I could update the credit card. They had no options. I ended up cancelling the booking and rebooking. Thankfully the rate was still the same. Whilst I understand their need for a credit card I did not receive such an unhelpful response from any other hotel. We are away for about 2 months and have just over 20 bookings. With some other hotels I could update the details securely online, some phoned me via WhatsApp, some phoned me at home prior to leaving and almost half were ha

Me alojé en este hotel en un viaje de trabajo en el que tenía unas reuniones en ese mismo hotel…. La verdad es que es un hotel que está bien pero tiene un precio bastante elevado. En mi caso me alojé dos noches en una habitación clásica: muy limpia, con todo detalle (geles, albornoz, zapatillas, nevera….), amplia, cómoda pero no 100% funcional (el escritorio era de un tamaño que prácticamente no entraba el ordenador y no había ningún sitio lógico para dejar la maleta). En mi caso la habitación no tenía vistas pero habrá algunas que tienen vistas al mar muy chulas, ya que el hotel está junto al puerto, bastante cerca de la calle principal de tiendas y restaurantes de la ciudad…. El desayuno es muy completo: es tipo buffet con muchos platos dulces y salados. El servicio, en general, bastante atento, aunque el día que llegué tuve que esperar unos 20 minutos para que alguien me atendiera porque estaban las dos chicas de recepción con un grupo de cuatro personas… y hasta que una de ellas decidió atenderme, pasó un buen rato… imagino que sería algo puntual porque el personal me daba muy buenas sensaciones. Resumen: buena opción si te gusta el “lujo clásico”, aunque no 100% funcional en mi caso… y algo caro…

Hotel antiguo. Experimente los auténticos servicios hoteleros europeos. La habitación era pequeña y el aislamiento acústico era un poco peor. En el centro de la ciudad, la planta baja era un poco ruidosa. El desayuno estaba bien, pero podría ser mejor.
