They were excellent in service , starting with Milton at the reception to Chef Dipesh, servers Hitesh, Philip, Shubham, Falguni amongst others and is a good, functional place to stay. The only downside is that it is very difficult to get hold of the reception when you call them from outside the hotel. Also, when we checked in to the hotel, despite an explicit confirmation of an early check-in,the receptionist wasn't aware of the same and took some time for me to be checked in. However, overall they made up for the initial hiccups and the stay was nice! Thank you!

It has been a great time in Ibis. The staff has been tremendously helpful in each and every aspect. A special mention to Upali and Shubham for their service. Couldn’t have been more happy and satisfied. We really recommend people to stay here if they are looking hotels around this place.

We went to IBIS for first time to try the restaurant on 1sr floor. There were 7 of us and I must say we had a great time. The food, service was top notch.. Mr Negi the Chef came and checked on us and he was wonderful and staff was so great. Look forward to visit again!

Your chef's talent (Ro*** and Deepak) truly shines in every dish, offering a delightful fusion of flavors and impeccable presentation. From breakfast to dinner, each meal was a highlight of my visit. It’s excellent breakfast worth it! It is full menu served I meet to Chef.Rajan, Chef.Yash , Chef.Sanjana nice team work. Food is a delicious good !! . Nice ambiance, good Quality of food , superb taste, & suggest 1 dish add on breakfast pungulu it’s serve in breakfast
