Hoteles en Termal con Desayuno

I stayed in this hotel 4 nights. While booking, I did request to room far from the restaurant and entrance facing room because of the very loud music ( restaurant) and constant small of the cigarette ( from the balconies facing both entrance). I sent a few msg, nobody replied to confirm. However in arrival I got the room requested. Staff speak barely English. To order a orange juice I had to show/ explain with my hands Breakfast was mostly the same, dinner variable and tasty. No juices was on the buffet. The strong point of this hotel is the roof pool. Thermal water, very hot, good for relaxing. However,some of customers was really annoying: speaking ( shouting) VERY loudly on phone/video call. Also they was very drunk ( at 14 h). They completely ignored the staff and other guests remarks. Myself, asked them to be more quiet as a response was”Fack” probably only 1 word young Man new in English. He started to put the peanuts, snacks in to the pool trying t get my attention. I stayed calm, until he took bathrobe where was my phone,key card, some personal belongings and out on him I asked him to give it back. He was very aggressive towards me. He didn't understood anything,due to drunkenness. Luckily the staff member took my belongings from his pocket and returned them to me. SPA HOTEL 4 STAR*** THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN! Never ever during my stays in hotels with 5 stars or without any I didn't seen similar customers behaviour. Staff had to stop it straight away and strictly. But nobody did. So. Hotel itself is ok, I mean room what I had. Cleaned every day . Some mold in the bathroom, smell of cigarettes in bathroom coming via ventilation. Spa, so/so . I give hotel 4 *. Just not to harm them with a bad score.But my feedback is definitely not positive.

28 Ekim tatilinde suit odada ailemle 2 gece kaldım.Odamız çok büyük ve rahat 2 iç içe odadan oluşuyordu,2 ayrı banyo ve tuvalet var odada,sabah kahvaltısı ve akşam yemeği çok güzeldi.Kaan şefin ellerine sağlık,herkese gelip yemekleri beğenip beğenmediğini sorması da ayrı bir incelikti,ufak ve tertemiz bir butik otel, resepsiyonda Kaan Bey ve Elif hanıma da ayrıca teşekkür ederiz,diğer büyük otellere göre misafirlerin rahat etmesi ve memnun kalması için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlardı,tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel olur,spa alanındaki aile banyolarını da günde 1’er saat ücretsiz kullanabiliyorsunuz,otel 25 odadan oluştuğu için tüm odalar dolu olsa bile çok kalabalık değil,tavsiye ederim

Limak is an old Palace where you feel an old money around. With half board, 2 pools, SPA and elegant tea lounge you can never get out of the hotel. Perfectly positioned for relaxing, honeymoon and rehab. Totally recommended but I gave 4/5 because reservation experience was very bad. I reserved through a website and price was discounted. Hotel called, they said price is exclusive for Turkish people.. They offer nothing in return - I asked for discount on spa, and they refused. The booking website just changed the price (extra 50 euro). After I left, the website called me and told me that hotel denied that I checked-in!! Other than this, experice was lovely. Food was good, Yalova termal area are just lovely.

Nos alegramos del servicio del hotel Thermal Palace, donde nos encontramos. El personal de la entrada era *** rosado y amable. El hotel tiene una posición tranquila en el verde. Las habitaciones del hotel fueron renovadas en parte durante la pandemia. El baño estaba renovado, pero la habitación necesitaba un suelo y una caja de seguridad frente a la televisión... y la temperatura de la piscina térmica es de aproximadamente 35 grados, así que mi hija de 6 años no pudo entrar en la piscina. En consecuencia, incluso los adultos se acercan a esta agua, que tiene que entrar en 10 minutos, para que la gente se cure, así que en este caso, no hay ningún error en el hotel para nuestras aguas ***. No es un té adecuado para los niños y los que tienen problemas de corazón. La cena viene a su mesa como menú fijo. Creo que la comida era deliciosa. La desayuno era un bufete abierto y la carne era satisfactoria. En pocas palabras, le recomiendo que vaya a este hotel en el verde para curar o escuchar la cabeza.

They need to explain the reservation like we are made the search not like what they have Because of wrong reservation they forced us may we are pay for the next night or keep the reservation like they trip.com gift us we was eight adult with one baby the problem is when we are made the reservations through trip.com the search was for eight adults and one baby but the reservation was for adults with nobody else

Outstanding hotel and by far one of the best customer service one can get. The hotel location is very quite and relaxing in Yalova... The room was very nice and quiet. We were tired after a very long flight. Everybody quickly recognized what we need and offered help to us. All the staff were working really hard to meet our expextations. Definitely coming back.
