How much check in was done by Feruza with a little help of what seems to be her superior. Though it took a while before somebody came to collect our luggage checkin procedure was really welcoming. Cold towels, welcome drinks, while getting the administration soughted out. After we settled in the room, we went to the lounge, given access to due to the fact that we reserved a suite (room 1405). Sharif (or charif?) was there to welcome us and made sure our needs were met. Breakfast is a feast. Suite was spacious and comfortable. We had dinner in Ember located on the 17th floor of the hotel serving great Japanese food. See our separate review for our findings over there. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that they do not have a souvenir shop so that you can buy a quick present for your loved ones. This venue just opened last March and is great to see how much effort staff is putting in to give you a wonderful state.

The hotel is very nice and modern, but it stumbled in a few areas. In our bedroom there were some shortfalls like: The toilet didn't flush properly. The power point for the kettle didn't work. One of the chairs was almost broken. There is obviously a breakdown in communication.

Ms. Intizor, one of the staff of the hotel's restaurant and cafe, did not turn down our request for ice americano even though it was not on the menu and had it prepared. You stay here for the experience not the quality of the hotel! This place is kitsch and a wonderful relic of the cold War! Stayed here twice as part of a group tour and was charmed by the haphazard nature of the place! Reception is a vast space with plenty of seating and a bar at one end. You can get cold beer here that you can take away to your room. Both rooms we had were large with twin beds at one end and a loungue type area at the other. The major bonus was we had a balcony each time; great views from the higher floors and a good place to hang out some washing! The first room the balcony was accessible from two doors, the second room had one door blocked with a chest of drawers and the handle removed! Bathrooms are a bit dated and you sometimes have to wait for hot water! Not all rooms have balconies so you might need to request. The money exchange was really useful, although they wouldn't change local currency back again. The rooftop bar is actually the top floor as opposed to on the roof but the windows open in and you get great city views. Breakfast buffet is excellent, especially the omlette chef! Location of the hotel is also strong, metro just to right of entrance and lots of attractions, bars and restaurants in walking distance. A couple of reviews say Reception staff don't speak great English - you can get round this with Google translate so not a big deal. We also had two people on our two given each others passports - the onus is definitely on you to check!If you don't mind quirky this hotel is for you!

Checking in was a nightmare I booked the hotel to stay 2 night before flying back to London. I checked in with my new wife as we just got married and the hotel reception demanded that we need a marriage certificate to stay at their hotel as my wife was Uzbekistan citizens and me being Uk. The reception was very rude unhelpful and even I was telling them that I am with my wife they didn’t want to check me in I found this very upsetting as I said if my girlfriend or female friend, wife was another nationality they won’t ask me for anything after talking to some fake managers that came to the reception they had to make so many phone calls to some places and after 45 minutes of waiting at the reception desk finally they checked us in was terrible no apologies was offered from 4-5 staff that had dealt with us 2 we’re supposed to be management which am not sure I feel they lied. I wasn’t happy at all with this from such a large hotel chain which I have used them in other locations. Room was good sized clean but service in general was poor for such a new hotel. Even morning breakfast staff no one ever said good morning or anything. There was no security at the front door ever when we came in or left the hotel to see local tourists attractions. Avoid the bar too expensive and cocktails weren’t great head to local restaurants for cheaper drinks. It’s a shame I can’t rate the service less than 1 stars if I could I would rate the service 0 stars. We stayed at the Wyndham in Tashkent as well with my wife didn’t have issues and staff there were fantastic.

Очень нравится улица, на которой находится отель, новая застройка, много кафе и ресторанов (французской, итальянской, японской кухни), но не дешёвые как для Узбекистана. Сам отель турецкой сети, интерьер в соответствующем стиле - пышно декорирован. Всё новое, номера просторные, есть всё необходимое. Отель без звёзд, но лучшее некоторых 4- звездочных. Белые махровые халаты, тапочки, в ванной все необходимые принадлежности. Очень высокие кровати с матрасами, даже для моего роста 175 см, людям маленького роста придётся запрыгивать:) Завтраки прекрасные, блюда каждый день менялись. Дополнительно можно заказать яйца в любом виде, кашу. Хороший кофе из кофемашины, что не в каждом отеле в Узбекистане. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал отеля. И работников ресепшена, и ресторана. Очень доброжелательные, сразу откликаются на любую просьбу. Обязательно буду рекомендовать этот отель. P. S. Сбоку от отеля началась стройка жилого комплекса, но если вы не будете целыми днями сидеть в отеле, то вам не помешает.

En general, el hotel no es malo. Limpieza, orden, interior. Situación confortable, cerca del centro. El desayuno no es muy variado, pero no pido nada especial dado 3*. Hay una piscina en el patio, ubicada (pero es para un período más caliente). Antes de que se aclarara el costo de alojamiento, la chica en el hijab en las recetas informada y escribió en la hoja la cantidad 30008000 suma. La primera vez que se me ocurrió que el hotel no tenía 3 millones de dólares, y el día antes de que se fuera, se calculó que el costo de alojamiento no era de 3 millones de dólares. El cheque no se da, dijo que se acompañarían a la factura en el momento de la partida. La factura no se daba en un momento, dijo que inmediatamente antes de salir todo se arreglaría. Bien. Antes de salir, a las 6:00, llego a la sala de rejuicio. Y me pregunto: ”¿Y usted pagó? hm ... extraño. En el sistema no se marca.” Tengo un rompecabezas ... Bueno, el joven me recuerda desde la noche. Está bien, bien, lo tengo. Entonces hice la factura ... y busqué cheques.. ... 20 minutos . Soy la única persona que se va a ir. Estoy en prisa al aeropuerto. Y aquí está la frase corona de uno de los empleados: ”Debería haber preguntado desde la noche de la factura, sería ordenado!” Si no se hubiera dicho, ¡No me gustan las cosas! ¡No me gustan las cosas! y si está utilizando el sistema, ingresar en él todos los datos de pago de sus huéspedes. El resumen es: El hotel es bueno, en general todo es bueno. Pero la impresión está roto.
