I had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Washington. The bed is very comfortable with high-quality bedding, which made for a great night’s sleep. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The gym is spacious and well equipped; although some of the equipment is a bit outdated, it still works well and gets the job done. Overall, a very nice hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

Our recent stay at the Residence Inn Washington, DC National Mall was fantastic for our group of 6! The One Bedroom Two Queen Suite with Sofa Bed provided plenty of space for everyone to stay comfortably. The suite was perfectly sized with two queen beds in the separate bedroom and a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area. The spacious layout allowed all six of us to move around comfortably without feeling cramped, especially with the separate living and sleeping areas. Location: 5/5 - Prime spot near the National Mall Cleanliness: 5/5 - Everything was spotless and well-maintained Service: 5/5 - Staff was accommodating Facilities: 5/5 - All amenities exceeded expectations The suite proved to be an ideal choice for our group of 6. The queen-sized beds, including the sofa bed, provided comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The living area offered enough space for us to gather and socialize, making it a perfect base for our DC adventure. For anyone traveling with a group of 6, I can confidently say this suite configuration works great, offering both comfort and convenience in an excellent location.

La ubicación es buena, puede caminar a pie de la Casa Blanca, no está lejos de la metro y el autobús. Hay oficinas y edificios de oficinas internacionales alrededor, limpiar la seguridad. El hotel está en el DC, a poca distancia de las atracciones. El desayuno es rico y variado, y el personal del restaurante es amable. Hay un Starbucks en la planta baja y un McDonald's está a tres minutos a pie. Al borde de la carretera, la seguridad en DC es generalmente buena y no hay muchas calles. Sería un buen gesto ofrecer agua en botella, tarifas descuentadas, cupones o algún tipo de asistencia a los huéspedes que estaban en el hotel para mejorar la desagradable situación de estar sin poder durante un tiempo tan largo. Además, creo que el hotel está en una buena ubicación y es fácilmente accesible dependiendo de sus necesidades en DC.

First time visiting Washington DC, it was an amazing visit. My stay @ Hilton Garden Inn Washington DC Downtown started out fantastic cause of the host Layla, she was so friendly & kind, she went above & beyond to make me feel very comfortable upon my early arrival. She switched rooms for me so I can have a better view, she gave me wonderful suggestions for theatre, dining, shopping, & entertainment. She checked on me throughout my 2 day stay to make sure things were going well with my visit. I had dinner @ The Third Rail Restaurant inside the Hotel & the food was great, I recommend the Pork Chops fantastic. My room was nice & clean, with a comfortable bed, amazing shower, wonderful indoor pool, various streaming choices to watch TV, housekeeping staff & other staff was just wonderful. If you're looking for a great place to stay look no further this is the place. It's within 10 mins of all the museums you can't go wrong.

This was such a great discovery. Within easy walking distance of Union Station and Capitol Hill, I arrived after midnight, but the 24 hour concierge was on hand to welcome me, and quickly assist when I realised I was missing an email with door entry codes (resolved with one phone call to a 24/7 support line.) The suite itself was vast, light and airy, spotlessly clean and well equipped with mostly brand new cooking utensils, silverware, etc. All you could need from the kitchen, and a relaxing lounge area. The roof of the building boasts a pool large enough to do lengths, and the gym, shared with the Marriott Hotel next door was enormous, and well equipped with fully functioning equipment - rarely occupied by more that 6-8 others when I used it. Several local supermarkets are within 5 mins walk, and the receptionist was more than happy to let me leave my bag for the day after checkout and work from their relaxing lobby space.

The room is super nice and the staff is so welcoming and got my husband and me upgraded to a room with a balcony which has the best view ever in town. The hotel has everything, gym room, swimming pool, restaurant, you name it. Everything is perfect!!! Highly recommended!!!

Stayed for 5 nights. The Location is very good across the event place that I attended. However, the carpet is not properly clean, the bed cover had not changed unless you requested. There is no amenities only tissue in the toilet. No coffee maker etc. the room is large but beside the elevator. For one night or two nights might be ok but not for longer stayed.
