It’s one of the best hotel in the whole country. I highly recommend the intercontinental in whatever city in the US after an amazing in the one in Miami, Atlanta and Washington D.C.

Visité Washington D. C. para una conferencia de una semana y, debido a un cambio de vuelo, tuve que reservar una noche de hotel más de lo previsto. Elegí el Holiday Inn Washington-Central/White House para esta última noche y estoy contento con mi decisión. Todo estuvo bien, excepto que el desayuno no estaba incluido. Sin embargo, el desayuno que se podía comprar en el restaurante del hotel estaba bien. Si busca un hotel en Washington D. C. a poca distancia del centro y del Smithsonian Mall, este hotel es una buena opción. También es fácil llegar en metro desde el Aeropuerto Internacional Washington-Dulles.

Hotel located near the National Mall and many of the Smithsonian museums. It’s 3 mins away from the Museum of the Bible. It’s in a quiet area with minimal restaurants and cafe. The complimentary breakfast is pretty good with free coffee and tea throughout the day and night.

La habitación era agradable, pero todo el edificio parecía estar pasando por alguna forma de renovación con grandes fans que van por todas las salas y las paredes aplastadas aparentemente que se separan con todas las demás puertas de la habitación abiertas. El hotel está en una ubicación excelente, muy cerca del metro. En general, podría ser un buen hotel, pero mi experiencia se vio considerablemente afectada por el mal servicio. Por ejemplo, el champú, el acondicionador y otros artículos de aseo estaban vacíos al llegar, y a pesar de una estancia de cinco días, nunca los repusieron. Casi todos los días, también tuve que pedir cápsulas de café, que luego tardaban horas en ser entregadas. Sin embargo, lo más decepcionante fue la salida. Había acordado con recepción una salida tardía a la 1 p. m., pero a las 12 del mediodía, el personal de limpieza intentó forzar la puerta y me gritó que me fuera. Definitivamente no volveré.

La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero no se podía hacer una reserva. Es bastante decepcionante, pero sin embargo, me ha funcionado porque tenía otros medios. Pero si no lo hubiera hecho, habría tirado una caja! Al menos deberían haber confirmado conmigo en el momento en que me eché la vista de si todavía necesitaba el servicio de cabina. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, ya que está muy cerca de la Casa Blanca y el CVS. La habitación también era de tamaño adecuado para un solo ocupante, limpio y con instalaciones adecuadas.

I did not have the pleasure of using the facilities however, I must commend the staff for always being helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I would recommend that the staff be advised on a contingency plan or when there are power cuts in the area to mitigate any discomfort and inconvenience experienced by guests. Unfortunately during my stay at the hotel, the power went out from 4am till the time I checked out at 2pm. It would have been a nice gesture to offer bottled water, discounted rates, coupons or some type of assistance to the guests who were at the hotel to ameliorate the unpleasant situation of being without power for such a long time. Other than that, I think the hotel is in a good location and is easily accessible depending on your needs in DC.

First time visiting Washington DC, it was an amazing visit. My stay @ Hilton Garden Inn Washington DC Downtown started out fantastic cause of the host Layla, she was so friendly & kind, she went above & beyond to make me feel very comfortable upon my early arrival. She switched rooms for me so I can have a better view, she gave me wonderful suggestions for theatre, dining, shopping, & entertainment. She checked on me throughout my 2 day stay to make sure things were going well with my visit. I had dinner @ The Third Rail Restaurant inside the Hotel & the food was great, I recommend the Pork Chops fantastic. My room was nice & clean, with a comfortable bed, amazing shower, wonderful indoor pool, various streaming choices to watch TV, housekeeping staff & other staff was just wonderful. If you're looking for a great place to stay look no further this is the place. It's within 10 mins of all the museums you can't go wrong.

Buena ubicación y buen desayuno. Habitaciones bonitas y espaciosas. Recomendado tanto para familias como para grupos. Vale la pena lo que pagamos.

This was such a great discovery. Within easy walking distance of Union Station and Capitol Hill, I arrived after midnight, but the 24 hour concierge was on hand to welcome me, and quickly assist when I realised I was missing an email with door entry codes (resolved with one phone call to a 24/7 support line.) The suite itself was vast, light and airy, spotlessly clean and well equipped with mostly brand new cooking utensils, silverware, etc. All you could need from the kitchen, and a relaxing lounge area. The roof of the building boasts a pool large enough to do lengths, and the gym, shared with the Marriott Hotel next door was enormous, and well equipped with fully functioning equipment - rarely occupied by more that 6-8 others when I used it. Several local supermarkets are within 5 mins walk, and the receptionist was more than happy to let me leave my bag for the day after checkout and work from their relaxing lobby space.
