Hoteles en Washington D.C. con desayuno

It is amazing services and experiences with their staffs. Very friendly, very helpful, very kindness especially one of their hotel bar restaurant and her name is “Patz”. She wonderfully kindness and helpful when I struggled with my handbag letting Inside the train when we can off at foggy bottom station. She letting me to use her phone to contact the lost and found metro office and even talk through with me. Very convenient location between at M street and 22nd St NW. 15 min to White House, then few minute to all the Mall surrounded. Then train from foggy bottom to Union station or capitol for capitol, library congress, Supreme Court and all the popular museums/art gallery along the site. The hotel is the best hotel experiences we have had for our entire first trip IN USA. Just a very weird experience that both my sons got bitten by buds or fleas for the stay but it doesn’t happened to me even we in the same room and bed? All well, hopefully they no other customer had this issues. But I still feel lucky and big thank you to the teams, management and all the other onsite staff. Loved it and will definitely back to you for our next trip to DC….xx

Nos quedamos por 1 noche, nos disfrutamos de esta noche. La ubicación es muy agradable, no lejos de la Casa Blanca. Los buenos restaurantes están cerca. El estacionamiento es caro, pero puedes usar garaje de envasado urbano.

After a very long 29-hour journey, the last thing a guest wants is to feel unwelcome upon arrival. Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was disappointing. The female receptionist with curly hair appeared indifferent while checking me in. Even when speaking to me, she avoided eye contact and seemed focused on other tasks. In hospitality, the reception team creates the first impression of a hotel, and I found this behavior unprofessional and unfriendly. When I checked out, the female receptionist with straight hair was also not particularly welcoming. The only receptionist who showed some warmth and friendliness was the gentleman at the front desk. During my first night, I experienced itching and discomfort. I’m not sure whether it was related to the bedding or towels, but I requested fresh sheets and towels to be replaced. My room was also missing a refrigerator and a safety deposit box, which I would normally expect for a more comfortable stay. That said, I would like to recognize Alma, who kindly provided coffee for my room, and Maira from housekeeping, who worked incredibly hard and was always helpful. They were the highlights of my stay and deserve recognition for their excellent attitude and service. I hope management takes guest feedback seriously, as a more welcoming front desk experience would make a significant difference.

Esta fue mi primera viaje a Washington, DC, y reservaba este hotel con antelación porque la ubicación era grande y podía obtener un precio muy bonito descuento. La habitación era conocida como una cama real, pero sin duda se sentía más como una cama doble o de tamaño completo. Sin embargo, la mayor pregunta fue la forma de que la habitación era polvo. Creo que fue la primera vez en mi vida que me aprieté más de 50 veces en un solo día. Me molestó durante todo el viaje, y tratar constantemente con una nariz corriente me hizo aún más cansado. Finalmente tuve que ir a CVS y comprar medicamentos de alergia. El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, pero si vuelvo a visitar DC, probablemente pagaría un poco más y me quedaría en otro lugar. La mayoría de los lugares siguen conectados fácilmente por metro a través de Google Maps, por lo que no es difícil llegar a la ciudad y visitar atractivos turísticos. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad. Sin embargo, si viaja con dos o más personas, sugiero reservar una habitación mejor que la que me quedé en, incluso si cuesta más.

Me siento seguro en la ubicación del hotel. A poca distancia a pie de la estación de metro y del edificio del Capitolio, la tienda de comestibles cercana tiene una buena selección y buenos precios. No hay muchas opciones de restaurantes cerca. En general, recomiendo mucho este hotel.

The hotel was well maintained and clean. It is in a good location, within walking distance of many DC attractions. We went on a summer weekend as a family, and had a nice time, but there really wasn't other families at the hotel. It was mostly a young 20's-30's crowd who were there to party by the pool! Everyone was pleasant and receptive of us being there though. Most of the staff was very friendly and accommodating, but a couple of women at the front desk were a little off putting and didn't seem too interested in helping us. Overall it was a pleasant stay, but I'd recommend it for those without children.

I did not have the pleasure of using the facilities however, I must commend the staff for always being helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I would recommend that the staff be advised on a contingency plan or when there are power cuts in the area to mitigate any discomfort and inconvenience experienced by guests. Unfortunately during my stay at the hotel, the power went out from 4am till the time I checked out at 2pm. It would have been a nice gesture to offer bottled water, discounted rates, coupons or some type of assistance to the guests who were at the hotel to ameliorate the unpleasant situation of being without power for such a long time. Other than that, I think the hotel is in a good location and is easily accessible depending on your needs in DC.

Por mucho la peor experiencia de JW Marriott que he tenido. El sistema de ascensores fue terrible, a menudo esperando 20-30 minutos para el ascensor, y cuando llega, ya está lleno, tiene que esperar por otros ascensores. El centro de fitness estaba cerca y no había noticias de que estaba cerrado. Una noche el sistema de incendios se fue y nos dijeron que evacuáramos el hotel, mientras caminamos por las escaleras, se notificó que era un falso alarma. La ubicación es excelente, pero no me quedaré aquí otra vez.

We enjoyed our stay here in this safe neighborhood which was a 7 min walk to the Metro. Trader Joe’s across the street was convenient and we made breakfast each day. We were too busy for the fitness center. The laundry is in a small room in the basement with two washers and two dryers for $3.50/load and very nice that they provided the soap and softener. We had a problem with the lock on the door and they moved us to another room as it couldn’t be fixed in one day. I highly recommend!
