¡El hotel está en una ubicación súper buena! Está justo cerca del Capitolio, a 15-20 minutos a pie. Las atracciones de Washington están relativamente concentradas. Puedes visitar muchas atracciones cercanas de forma gratuita, como la Casa Blanca y el Monumento a Lincoln. Sin embargo, algunos lugares se pueden visitar por son gratuitos y requieren reservación, como el Edificio del Capitolio, la Biblioteca del Congreso y el Pentágono. Vi la ubicación equivocada antes y después de muchos giros y vueltas, el registro se realizó sin problemas. El vestíbulo es lujoso y tranquilo. Las habitaciones también son buenas. Puedes contemplar el Capitolio directamente desde la habitación. ¡El desayuno occidental es realmente interesante! Como no entendía el idioma, después de algunos gestos, un tío que se parecía al padrino de Marlon Brando dijo con entusiasmo “Hola” en chino. Te hace sentir más amigable😄 Considerándolo todo, este hotel es adecuado para viajeros solitarios que vienen a Washington.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Washington. The bed is very comfortable with high-quality bedding, which made for a great night’s sleep. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The gym is spacious and well equipped; although some of the equipment is a bit outdated, it still works well and gets the job done. Overall, a very nice hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

Nos quedamos por 1 noche, nos disfrutamos de esta noche. La ubicación es muy agradable, no lejos de la Casa Blanca. Los buenos restaurantes están cerca. El estacionamiento es caro, pero puedes usar garaje de envasado urbano.

Overall my stay was good - the hotel is well located, and has many options for food and necessities. The room was ok - bed linens were worn, the usb outlet by the desk didn’t work, but overall everything was clean and pleasant. I found the shower water handle a nice touch - you can start the shower and control water temperature on the side, without getting in. I had an unpleasant experience at the front desk - I was given misinformation by a clerk at check in, and even I asked about the charges, I was given incredible attitude by another clerk. At 700 a night, I expected better treatment. I spoke with the manager and they resolved my issue, however it took more time than I anticipated from my schedule.

This is a business hotel located in an excellent location in DC. It is close to major attractions like the capitol and Smithsonian museums (15-20min walk at max). There is also a bus stop nearby to access the city center, and the Union Station metro is an 8min walk away. Food wise there are not many options nearby but the city center is about 15 minutes by bus. The hotel is clean, rooms are serviced daily, and there is free water and coffee. The room is nice and clean, the only minor issue is a slightly low water pressure. The main issue with this place are the meal credits - although the booking says that breakfast is included, what you actually get is $10 in meal discounts per day - there is a breakfast buffet and the place converts into a restaurant for lunch and dinner. You can't stack these discounts (i.e. if you did not eat any meals at the hotel today, you have forfeited the discount and cannot push any discount to tomorrow). The breakfast buffet is over $20 before tip (additional cost if you order eggs, which somehow are not in the buffet spread), and a lunch/dinner entree is somewhere between $20 and $30. In essence this forces you to eat at the hotel for a discount but you will still end up paying additional. Other than this rather confusing meal scheme, would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in DC for the first time.

I’m pleased to say that everything was good and met expectations. Very well located. The friendly and accommodating staff were very helpful and genuinely dedicated. Well equipped fitness. Pricey breakfast and not too big, but certainly tasty. The room was clean, modern and elegantly decorated. There is a smart TV. Multiple charging outlets were available. There was a mini fridge and amenities were available upon request. Very handy information sheet provided upon check-in. I was able to store my luggage for some time before my departure. I was charged incorrectly, but this was promptly corrected. This is hotel is one of the few that can truly serve as an example to others.

No me gustaba usar las instalaciones, sin embargo, debo felicitar al personal por ser siempre útil y amable durante mi estancia. Recomiendo que se aconseje al personal sobre un plan de emergencia o cuando se produzcan recortes de poder en la zona para mitigar cualquier desconforto y desventaja que experimenten los huéspedes. Desgraciadamente, durante mi estancia en el hotel, la potencia salió de las 4:00 hasta el momento en que me eché a las 2:00. Sería un buen gesto ofrecer agua en botella, tarifas descuentadas, cupones o algún tipo de asistencia a los huéspedes que estaban en el hotel para mejorar la desagradable situación de estar sin poder durante un tiempo tan largo. Además, creo que el hotel está en una buena ubicación y es fácilmente accesible dependiendo de sus necesidades en DC.

They provided us with a handicap room without informing us upon checking in. As the rooms had all the required facilities like hand rails etc. the mattress is also sinking especially on the left side not the Marriott standard. We had prepaid the room for 4 pax but only provide 3 pax bath towels, request the 4th pax bath towel after checking in, need to request again after we came back late night for the shower. The location is nearby the metro station.

Debería poder llenar los puntos. El servicio está muy presente. No hay nada de insatisfactorio. La puerta es la estación de metro y la estación de tren. ¡Es muy conveniente y el personal de servicio tiene que ser necesario! ¡Es realmente presente! This was such a great discovery. Within easy walking distance of Union Station and Capitol Hill, I arrived after midnight, but the 24 hour concierge was on hand to welcome me, and quickly assist when I realised I was missing an email with door entry codes (resolved with one phone call to a 24/7 support line.) The suite itself was vast, light and airy, spotlessly clean and well equipped with mostly brand new cooking utensils, silverware, etc. All you could need from the kitchen, and a relaxing lounge area. The roof of the building boasts a pool large enough to do lengths, and the gym, shared with the Marriott Hotel next door was enormous, and well equipped with fully functioning equipment - rarely occupied by more that 6-8 others when I used it. Several local supermarkets are within 5 mins walk, and the receptionist was more than happy to let me leave my bag for the day after checkout and work from their relaxing lobby space.
