En primer lugar, me impresionó lo cerca que está este hotel de la estación Union Station en D.C. Tomé el Amtrak de medianoche cuando llegué y descubrí que este hotel estaba a solo 5 minutos a pie y era muy fácil de encontrar. Apenas se podía ver nada más salir de la estación.
La chica de recepción cuando me registré fue muy amable y servicial. Me encanta la habitación y la cama cómoda, además de que puedo ir a cualquier lugar atractivo de D.C. caminando.

Very well located.
The friendly and accommodating staff were very helpful and genuinely dedicated.
Well equipped fitness.
Pricey breakfast and not too big, but certainly tasty.
The room was clean, modern and elegantly decorated. There is a smart TV. Multiple charging outlets were available. There was a mini fridge and amenities were available upon request.
Very handy information sheet provided upon check-in.
I was able to store my luggage for some time before my departure.
I was charged incorrectly, but this was promptly corrected.
This is hotel is one of the few that can truly serve as an example to others.

UUsuario invitadoOur recent stay at the Residence Inn Washington, DC National Mall was fantastic for our group of 6! The One Bedroom Two Queen Suite with Sofa Bed provided plenty of space for everyone to stay comfortably. The suite was perfectly sized with two queen beds in the separate bedroom and a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area. The spacious layout allowed all six of us to move around comfortably without feeling cramped, especially with the separate living and sleeping areas.
Location: 5/5 - Prime spot near the National Mall
Cleanliness: 5/5 - Everything was spotless and well-maintained
Service: 5/5 - Staff was accommodating
Facilities: 5/5 - All amenities exceeded expectations
The suite proved to be an ideal choice for our group of 6. The queen-sized beds, including the sofa bed, provided comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The living area offered enough space for us to gather and socialize, making it a perfect base for our DC adventure. For anyone traveling with a group of 6, I can confidently say this suite configuration works great, offering both comfort and convenience in an excellent location.

CChristianI arrived a bit earlier, but my room was not ready. Okay, I can understand that.
Going to the bell desk they tell me I need to pay when I get my luggage. Once I got my luggage, no one asked me to pay.
I had a breakfast included but was leaving too early: of course, they do not provide lunch boxes, although they do sell them.
The service is rather bad for a 300$ room.

WWee PengThey provided us with a handicap room without informing us upon checking in. As the rooms had all the required facilities like hand rails etc. the mattress is also sinking especially on the left side not the Marriott standard. We had prepaid the room for 4 pax but only provide 3 pax bath towels, request the 4th pax bath towel after checking in, need to request again after we came back late night for the shower. The location is nearby the metro station.

UUsuario invitadoAbsolutely loved staying at the Churchill Hotel! It is in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to DuPont Circle and the Metro. Very safe neighborhood. There is a separate area in the room with a desk. Actually, large enough to use as a dressing room! We will definitely be going back and staying at the Churchill.

UUsuario invitadoOverall my stay was good - the hotel is well located, and has many options for food and necessities. The room was ok - bed linens were worn, the usb outlet by the desk didn’t work, but overall everything was clean and pleasant. I found the shower water handle a nice touch - you can start the shower and control water temperature on the side, without getting in. I had an unpleasant experience at the front desk - I was given misinformation by a clerk at check in, and even I asked about the charges, I was given incredible attitude by another clerk. At 700 a night, I expected better treatment. I spoke with the manager and they resolved my issue, however it took more time than I anticipated from my schedule.
