I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The gentlemen working valet were outstanding—professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. They managed my needs seamlessly while also handling several demanding guests with grace and efficiency. Their level of customer service was truly impressive, and each of them has a bright future in hospitality. The room was meticulously clean and exceptionally well maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. One unexpected highlight was the water. As someone who frequently visits Nashville, I've often had issues with the local water. Whatever treatment is used typically irritates my skin and can even make me feel unwell, to the point that I usually use bottled water just to brush my teeth. To my surprise, the water at this hotel was wonderful. I experienced none of the usual issues and was able to use it without any discomfort. It may seem like a small detail, but it made a significant difference in the quality of my stay. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville, TN.

This location was easy and accessible to everything The hotel is beautiful. The employee team members we encountered are very kind. I needed it for my trip. Issue I had was the toilet kept running even after me jiggling the push button. I did talk to the front desk representative. Her name is Jamie and she did send an engineer upstairs. When I return back to my room, it appears to have been corrected however, as soon as you flushed the toilet Continue to run. So I talk to her again and she did tell me that the engineer told her that the mechanism inside I am assuming the ball and chain needed to be changed. Therefore, she suggested or asked if I wanted my room to be switched. Since I did not because I was leaving the next morning, she offered to comp half my stay. When she realized that I booked through a third-party, she told me that she could give me the equivalent in points from Hilton. She also comp the parking fee for my car. All in all, it was a nice visit. I just want to make sure that room 301 issue is rectified because it is extremely annoying when the toilet will not fill and stays in a continuous run mode for hours.

La ubicación del hotel es buena, está cerca de la Universidad de Van Delberg, hay instalaciones hardware disponibles, piscina y fitness, además de lavandería. El servicio es muy malo, especialmente el servidor de la habitación es todo el Xiang, no puede entender el inglés y no es serio en el trabajo, a menudo olvida limpiar la habitación o olvidar colocar los suministros de higiene y cafeteras necesarios todos los días, y nadie se encarga de la recepción después de quejarse, Es la peor experiencia que haya tenido desde que viví en el hotel. Muy bien situado y desayuno. Tienes que llamar al servicio de mantenimiento de la casa, de lo contrario no vendrán a limpiar la habitación por sí solos. Necesitan más trolls en un hotel ocupado como este. Buena experiencia en general.

La única ventaja es que hay un estacionamiento. No reserve este hotel si no conduce, ya que será un inconveniente viajar. Ctrip dijo que incluía el desayuno, pero en realidad no lo proporcionaba, y era demasiado perezoso para quejarse. Porque no hay próxima vez.
